I have a question to the casino rep,my username at rizk and guts is : *****. I have never experienced any trouble playing at your casinos,withdrawels is like clockwork.

I amwriting this on behalfe of my best friend : *****. Her username is : *****

She has spent approx 40-50.000 kr at Rizk. She has had an pending withdrawal for the amount of 29.000 kr since 16 JUNE !

She has severall times ,with my guidance uploaded every document you have asked for ,severall times .she has locked her withdrawal twice and you have unlocked them and placed it back in her account ! Is that legal?

the main problem from your point is that she have used 3 different visa cards ,all in her name. But she can only send copys of

the two she are using daily now. She explained that her 3 rd card was stolen in spain in april. The two she uses daily depositing approx. 500 kr a day . Have to be enough proof of her identety,she has also ,send proof of adress and bankstatements.

please sort this out now! You make here nervous and sad. Btw : she has to be the perfect player for you,when you look at the daily deposits.

It sounds like they want some paper from the bank that she has owned that third card. I don't think Norway is that different than Sweden and she would have that in a second if she asked for it.
I doubt she will get paid without it.

She received it from the bank 3 weeks ago and forwarded it to rizk.

The strange thing is the are demanding a foto of the backside of the visa that was stolen from her???

The bank confirms the ownership of the visacard to her,but even that is not enough for rizk
 
Wait.. Um.. As legit as the story might be.. @Rizk is looking into a 3rd party request for information about a customer's account? Just because they wrote "Writing this for a friend"?

The poor girl is probably at her wits end, I know how she feels. I don't see any problem with her best friend handling the complaint on her behalf.
