Back then when Grosvenor live casino studio was open in Malta I used to frequent it quite a bit. As you were logging in often the dealers started recognizing your username and as the tables were often quiet you had a chance to talk to them and to "get to know" each other. Eventually you would get hints that there is some interest or better put curiosity from them. You could never be quite sure as they weren't allowed to give their private details nor to meet members however many disregarded those rules despite saying "am not allowed to give me social media out". A few punters would openly ask them for for their info. I remember a girl I was talking to saying that she doesn't give out her social media details as its not allowed yada yada yada but then I found out she is actually in a relationship with a casino member she first met while working there. LOL.
Personally I met with a male dealer who is british working in Malta and we are friends to this day. He comes to London once every blue moon and we always meet when he's here. We had lots of fun at the live tables and eventually I messaged him on facebook and the rest is history. This is how all players approached the female dealers many of whom were quite good looking so worthy of a shot. Players would see their first name on the screen and start looking for them on facebook. It wasn't always difficult to find them and then you would message them and take your chances. If they did reply you positively you would usually need to close your casino account so that they won't be in fear of getting fired.
My dealer friend told me about how some creeps had found the address of the building that houses a lot of live casinos and they would send flowers/chocolates to the dealers, some would send to more than one dealer, seeing how it is a numbers game lol.
I also got very close to actually date or to get to know outside the online casino (on facebook mainly) some of the dealers from that place but I did not pursue it much as it would require my travelling to Malta and I couldn't be arsed. I know first hand from my friend that several dealers had met with players and some had formed relationships.
If you are single and next time you are on all those lives casinos think about it, lol, but I must say that that Grosvenor studio was more relaxed, quiet, the dealers would often chat to each other etc. where as most of the live studios that I see from other companies are quite busy, "to the book" and strict so the socializing that we did at Grosvenor would be much more difficult to do there. Mind you the dealers can lose their job if for some reason you get pissed off and decide to go rogue and report them.
