I’m here to report an abusive and dishonest behavior by 20Bet.com, which I think others should know about.
I made a deposit and claimed the welcome bonus. I completed all the wagering requirements, and my balance was fully unlocked. I was then able to request a withdrawal.
After I submitted the withdrawal request, 20Bet suddenly claimed I had violated the “maximum bet rule” during the bonus play. But:
They never warned me at the time,
The system allowed me to finish the bonus and unlock the money,
And they only confiscated my winnings after I asked to cash out.
I contacted support, but they just replied with copy-pasted terms and then stopped answering altogether — even by email.
I already:
• Filed a complaint to GESPA (Swiss regulator),
• Contacted Paysafecard (since I deposited with it),
• Left reviews on Trustpilot and Reddit,
• Started gathering evidence for public exposure.
I’m writing here hoping someone has dealt with a similar case or knows how to escalate it further. I can provide full screenshots and email records if needed.
