Rizk - 24hr pending guideline - The New Norm

The owners of Rizk, GiG (Gaming Innovation Group), are strugling. Their stock has plummeting close to 90% over the last 12 months. All time low 11. october. The CEO was forced to resign a couple months ago.
Can that somehow be the reason? The casino is forced by its owners to try increase the profit and then use tricks like stalling withdrawals etc?
 
Iam all broke up and crying they rip me off 2 locked withdrawals put back in my account say my bank account closed fuckin vs send them bankstatment su still open end up playing it out what's the point of locked withdraw if they put it back. Allways bs when try to withdraw not a dime more till I see no more bank fees they have etransfer for deposit none for withdraw bankwire.

I can't really work out what your problem is here sorry . Did you contact the rep?

When looking GIG numbers, Rizk withdrawals are their smallest problem, stalling them not really make any difference. Hope they get their shite together, but any B2C brand withdrawals quite sure is not a way they look to improve, making bad reputation for Rizk/Guts would just make things worse.
 
Yup. They put back the money in my account. Now it will take another 24 hours to withdraw. Sorry. Not a 9+ casino.

I’m gonna stick to one casino. VS. Fast withdrawals and present on the forum.
 
for sure it is gettin worse I tried ojo deposit 10$ because they deposit and withdraw via etransfer well I won 80$ it withdraw I allways verify before deposit. 9:15am withdraw hits my bank 11:30am I was fucking wow. Same day me a Canadian usual 3-4days like when are the big 5 accredited casinos going to get with the program. You can deposit via etransfer but not withdraw.

I'm sorry to see that there is such a discrepancy in processing times between some withdrawals and others. We want your journey and time with us at Rizk to be fantastic from start to finish and something like this can understandably have an impact on that.

As previously mentioned in this thread there are some things you can do to improve your chances of having your withdrawals processed faster.

* Make sure to always request your withdrawal back to the same method used to deposit.

* Verify your account to avoid potentially having to verify when your withdrawal is checked.

* Use Ewallets as they're faster than other withdrawal methods.

Send me a PM here on CM or an email to [email protected] if you want me to check if there is anything that I can do to improve your chances of faster processing times. I can promise that I'll be able to help, but I will try.

We're constantly working on improving the processing times and we've made some great progress in doing so for many of our players. The goal is to have this for everyone and we're working tirelessly to achieve it for you all.

Ok after having sworn up and down that I would not return here. I have.
I have 11k pending. Let’s see if they put it back into my account and if it takes 24 hours.

my withdrawal hasn't been processed either. and I messaged sebastien but no response from him.


i fully expect to see my 11k in my account again as this is the norm no matter what the rep says on here

Empty promises from the rep. Not once but twice.
Once in June and just 15 days ago.

Well you guys know I am the least patient person ever for withdrawals.

10 spins in reward section. Won a dollar or something. 20 minutes I am ar 30$ and decided to give them chance at something cool for a customer.

No Rizk involved. I ask the chat agent..

Rizk is also slow as fk to accept verification documents, and there is no way to lock a withdraw while waiting for that.
 
I've had a withdrawal sat as reversible at Rizk for over 25 hours.

It wasn't a big withdrawal (£210), against £700 of deposits that I've made there this month.

The temptation to reverse isn't a problem for me, I never have reversed and I never will, but I think it's pretty cruddy for an absolutely top-rated casino at Casinomeister, where the review page states payouts in 0-5 hours.

Anyway, just a bit of a moan really, TBH I'd forgotten about this thread and then it popped back into my head that I'd read about stuff like this before.....

But here's the thing, I get that they want people to reverse and play the money back, but for someone like me who never reverses, all it makes me want to do is play elsewhere next time because I hate being dicked around when I make a withdrawal.

It's just such a shame that VS are running lower RTP maths models now, as their cashout times are still superb.

What nonsense.
I was paid over £500 in three hours direct to my bank from L and L’s yako casino.
Risk lost there way years back.
Hope you get sorted however mate
 
And now we're at 36 hours and still pending.

I make £700 of deposits in one month, make a withdrawal of £210 and this is how they decide to behave.

So - what is it now you're experiencing for a cashout time?

This is why I have been pushing the Meister Minions so we can collect this data on a larger scale. I guess I need to go on another recruitment drive. I haven't received any payout data on Rizk for quite a while.
 
I find that surprising with Rizk especially as I withdrew £340 at 0400 Sunday morning and It was in my current account ( Lloyd’s Bank) later that afternoon. I always use the lock option as well.
The casino I find dragging their heels the last month or so is Casumo: whereas withdrawals were approved in a couple of hours , the last 5 withdrawals have sat pending for 15 to 27 hours.

Thanks Bryan, TBH this is the first time I've ever made a withdrawal from Rizk so I haven't had any feedback to offer in the past.

I just thought, 'Hey, 9.8 on the CM ratings, 0-5 hour cashout time listed, this should be a decent place to play', and it all went fine until I made a withdrawal :)

I've no doubt I'll get paid, so I'm not concerned in that regard, but when there are so many casino groups who do so much better on cashout times these days, I think Rizk need to be pulled up on this.
 
My experience is that if i lock my withdrawals at online casinos offering that, they pay out Quick. If i dont do it, the same pages delay them.

That absolutely shouldn't make any difference to cashout times though.

If a casino sees a withdrawal be locked and thinks, 'Ahhh well that can't get reversed so we may as well pay it now, to give us a chance to get it back as deposits' but sees a withdrawal sat at pending/reversible and thinks, 'There's still a chance that gets reversed, we'll just sit on it for longer' - than that's a problem.

My withdrawal is at 42 hours and still reversible...... Guess which casino isn't getting £700 of deposits off me in a month next time I feel like spending that much.

Hang on I've just been paid in the last 20 minutes or so.

So that's about 43 hours from request to cashout. Not great in this day and age!
 
Hello and good day gang,

I wanted to swoop in with some information in regards to the long processing time @ChopleyIOM experienced on his first withdrawal made on Rizk. This is not the standard for us but a result of a processing error.

We had a processing issue Monday the 24th of February which ended up creating quite the backlog for us, especially with withdrawals created on the 24th.

We're doing all that we can to get back on track while ensuring that such a thing doesn't happen again. Our payments team has dealt with a good part of the queue but there is still a little bit left to handle.

We've put a message in our chat window on the 24th saying that this is happening to raise awareness of potential delays. The message is still there so if you open the chat you'll see it.

I like that the lock feature has been highlighted in this thread and it's a great tool to use if you're ever concerned about canceling the withdrawal when you would, in reality, want it paid out and I recommend using it. Locking your withdrawal won't have any effect on the processing time but it's there to protect you as a player.

I hope that if you give us another chance @ChopleyIOM that you'll experience the lightning-fast withdrawal time that we're constantly striving to achieve and we do apologize for the delay you experienced.

In fairness my overall experience (up to the point of withdrawal) with Rizk had been excellent. Your site runs fast and error free, the game selection is good, the menus and account options are clear and easy to use, and the wheel rewards, whilst modest in my case, are fairly regular and a nice little bonus.

However, I hope you can appreciate that after finally deciding to make a cashout (and less than a third of my deposits for the month at that), ending up waiting 43 hours doesn't feel great!

However, if you can assure me that this was very much the exception rather the norm, I'll give you another go.

Rizk cash out not bad on Paypal takes 5 to15 mins,they send me email to ask again for proof of address,I send 3-4 times my water bill and bank proof of address both got refused,not sure if Rizk know who UK bills look like,I ask on chat way I keep getting refused,replay was we only take pdf file screenshots,My replay was I only can send from mobile phone pic if you not happy close my account.lady replay let me check 1min later I got approved with same pic I send at first time
