Tbh videoslots have been nothing but awfull regarding this, Even just to comment saying its been resolved between the 2 parties and to clairlfy what truly happend, I dont expect or am owned a full explainion however when its a public fourm and videoslots are active almost 24/7 on here it just does not sit well with me them just blanking and glossing over a what ended out to be a huge error on there part leaving a man homless yes due to hes actions but they still have some part to blame and just a simple explaintion of yes our chat agents gave OP wrong infortmation which we know settled the issue with the OP. Just so everyone whos had a say on this thread can move along. Whether VS admitted any fault in the matter or not is irrelevant, but it sounds like its all been resolved with all parties concerned and thats a good thing, we dont need to get the pitch forks out to a company that has resolved something behind the scenes.
It is common practice for companies to resolve issues with individuals sometimes and to not disclose the finer details for obvious reasons.
Hounding for answers at this stage, is counter productive and could affect their dealings with us in future cases, just let it go people its done with

I don’t think they need to comment, and they’ve certainly got no reason to.
The original poster has said he is happy with the resolution, whatever that be. That is the most important thing and the only answer required. If a settlement has been reached, it’s also the only thing Videoslots would be able to say as well.
I will never understand why the pitchforks come out for Videoslots so often on here.
