Well clearly VS have settled to the OP's satisfaction behind the scenes and that should be the end of it.
Do we want to know the outcome? - yes possibly.
Do we NEED to know the outcome - no.
Should we all push to find out the outcome - no.
Whether VS admitted any fault in the matter or not is irrelevant, but it sounds like its all been resolved with all parties concerned and thats a good thing, we dont need to get the pitch forks out to a company that has resolved something behind the scenes.
It is common practice for companies to resolve issues with individuals sometimes and to not disclose the finer details for obvious reasons.
Hounding for answers at this stage, is counter productive and could affect their dealings with us in future cases, just let it go people its done with
