Resolved: Problems after crashed bonus round at Videoslots

IF he is homeless he got more important issues to deal with, then come here and check this thread.

Hope gets his life back on track, and its a bit strange that VS have not given a comment about this situation.
Then surely he had more important issues to deal with than even make this thread in the first place until his homelessness was sorted? Anyway, he can't be totally homeless as he managed to find a PC/internet to post in the first place.

Why do you need it dealted, I mean unless you been lying about somthing and your worried about what could happen, Why do you need it gone so bad, Like @ladyhawke said threads never get dealted ive asked before for threads to be dealted and they never do. Maybe think twice about posting on fourms in future and the details you give out if thats why you want it closed?

Nope - as well as you there are numerous other members here who have contributed and you cannot just go and remove their content.

We may be able to close it and let it drop away, if we know there has been resolution but even that's unusual.

Wait if its resolved then surley theres no harm keeping it up and its funny how @Team.Videoslots have not commented on this ? Also im sure Videoslots would of contacted CM if for any legal reason it needed to be close

VS are aware of this thread and if they wanted it removed/closed they would contact Bryan - Casinomeister and request that or discuss with him - they would certainly not threaten that you could be in trouble if you didn't get it removed.

Well I'm glad it's resolved and you're happy.

But as I said, we cannot just remove content willy-nilly. You can't un-ring a bell my friend. People have assisted you here and it's not fair on them to hide it all - it's a public forum after all.

Now people can see it's sorted it will die away anyway and drop off the topic list soon enough.

If you feel you have a very good (and it will need to be a VERY good reason!) to have it closed or removed, then contact @maxd and explain it to him. Nobody will know what you tell him, not even me, if you're worried about adding information here in public.

For now I can see no more reason to remove this thread than any other one where a new poster arrives with a problem and asks for help.

Ive invested my time along with others on here giving advise ect I think least you could do is tell us how it was resolved, I cant go on with my whole live thinking of this thread and what happend im just to invested :laugh::laugh: But im glad it was sorted but would of been nice of videoslots to pop in here and say Hi

Well clearly VS have settled to the OP's satisfaction behind the scenes and that should be the end of it.

Do we want to know the outcome? - yes possibly.
Do we NEED to know the outcome - no.
Should we all push to find out the outcome - no.

Whether VS admitted any fault in the matter or not is irrelevant, but it sounds like its all been resolved with all parties concerned and thats a good thing, we dont need to get the pitch forks out to a company that has resolved something behind the scenes.

It is common practice for companies to resolve issues with individuals sometimes and to not disclose the finer details for obvious reasons.

Hounding for answers at this stage, is counter productive and could affect their dealings with us in future cases, just let it go people its done with :)

Tbh videoslots have been nothing but awfull regarding this, Even just to comment saying its been resolved between the 2 parties and to clairlfy what truly happend, I dont expect or am owned a full explainion however when its a public fourm and videoslots are active almost 24/7 on here it just does not sit well with me them just blanking and glossing over a what ended out to be a huge error on there part leaving a man homless yes due to hes actions but they still have some part to blame and just a simple explaintion of yes our chat agents gave OP wrong infortmation which we know settled the issue with the OP. Just so everyone whos had a say on this thread can move along. Just its strange for videoslots to not have a say on the matter.

Most casinos would be happy to have a complaint thread end with 'happy to say casino were great and have paid me out, excellent customer service'.

My thought exactly how he worded it sound like he was being told to remove it or even he was lying and wanted to back track

Agree with the above BUT..... if CS gave the wrong information and VS as a gesture honoured what CS has said can that be said to be setting a precedent if it ever happens again?
I think to most people who have read this it looks like VS have made some kind of payment with the proviso that it’s not discussed any further, therefore the haste in the OP wanting the thread deleted
 
For reasons that I'd rather not get into just now it seems best to suspend activity on this thread until I have more information on what is required here.

Ok, related to his settlement with VS the OP had demanded this thread be removed. He was "displeased" when I told him we could not, threatened to "call the police", etc. Suffice it to say that it is probably better for him if this remains closed for the time being. Apologies for any inconvenience.
