hi. flystream here. I am new to online casino. last month a email from slots&garden for free play ad. I downloaded the game. played the free play and like it. so I paid 30 to play the slots. on my first time slots gambling I won 102.60. at the time I had no idea what a nightmare it was going to be to get my payout!!! its been since Nov 22nd 2024. I been trying to get this payout. I used the Bitcoin withdraw, I was denied that option. so I tried the check method. I was told that slots&garden do not use check method anymore. so now what's suppose to be pending is the wire withdraw. and u know u have to wait 10 days for any transaction. so I contacted LCB. they check and told me that slots&garden have not even process the payout. now they r trying to say the bank I pick out BMO they don't use. which I find that crazy!! because I pick the bank that they said u can use. its one of the listing they give that they use for a wire transfer. so now I am looking for a casino rep that will help me resolved this issue. so I see very positive reviews for the casino rep TAWNI from virtual ace. I am hoping this is the site I can ask her to help me with this issue. thank u.

I have the same complaint I deposited 500 did choose a bonus and I sucessfully completed the bonus. The game software unlocked blackjack after I completed my bonus playthrough. So I played blackjack. Well I go to cash out and they stole my winnings $10,200 they stole off me. We need help.

Was blackjack a banned game for that specific bonus? Pontoon seems to be in the boiler plate T&Cs but not blackjack.

If blackjack was banned for the bonus you played, it is still banned after wagering is complete.

If the Player uses a promotional bonus that is restricted to certain game(s), this will result in their winnings being voided. The rules of the bonus will continue to apply even after the playthrough requirement has been fulfilled.

In my view, if I bonus has been wagered completely, then their balance is 100% cash and can be spent as the player wishes.

For the most part these kind of terms are cap-related but there are ones that encompass all bonus restrictions such as this. I'd recommend CTRL-F'ing "persist" when checking terms although that word wasn't used in this instance.

They aren't nice terms thats for sure. Only way to "Reset" them is to withdraw or lose the balance.

These casinos have rules and regulations they need to follow based around the software. That's where it's regulated and needs to be followed. The terms and the software restrictions are separate. The software restriction will unlock due to wagering completing. All these casinos run off the same RTG sauce. Then the casinos specific terms can be applied how they want to and you agree to them when you take the bonus. It's very crappy but those are the facts of the matter.

The slots are probably "rigged" to 91% but they won't be rigging anything as its all on an RTG platform. I just assume RTGs are 91% when I play them but some sites might use 95% (anden online casinos were advertising cash chalet or w/e it was called as 95% so perhaps all their RTGs are the 95%ish variants)

I hope you only spent Ugandan dollars, spending a million to claw back five figures isn't very believable and if true, very unhinged behaviour.

Folks here's what they arn't saying. When I was playing the game had a screen pop up and say bonus terms are complete it took my money off then added it back on. Also that's when it unlocked blackjack so I played it. When a damn bonus is complete who gives a fuck what we play and do. That's how 74 of the 75 casinos I've played are. This is the only one who entrapps us to play then they steal our winnings.
