Resolved n1bet undless withdrawals

Good afternoon! I was placing bets on this website since march-april and i never won so i never withdraw, Yesterday i won 560 euros from 20 euro and i decided to withdraw them to my back account. Firstly, ofcourse they rejected withdraw and they asked for my documents to verify myself, i sent around 10 files and everything was approved and i was verified. After that i tried to make a new withdraft, so 24hours passed and withdraw still in ''pending'' status. Im messaging support but they always answer me the same scripted answers. Im tired now and i dont know what to do but i want the money on my bank account because i won them legally. Also, i was reading a lot in google about this company , and people complain a lot, they mess with peoples verifications and withdrawals. Today already they rejected 2 more attempts of withdrawal saying ''technical issues , please request another withdrawal''. So they are playing with me , but i wont stop. Help me please or i will have to complain to MGA
