Kwiff withdrawal processing

Hi everyone

Im new to the forum and have just been reading all the kwiff threads.

Firstly i have been really enjoying using kwiff. I have for a long time I've been using their offers and super charge feature along with some slots.

I have had an account for a long long time. Over 5 years at this point. Never had any issues but have never won big before. Big to me anyway.

Typically a withdrawal is done same day within a few hours for my account. I have validated NYC in the past. Account in good standing.

I have tried to withdraw 5.2k after a good win and its been pending for a long time now. When I go on live chat for advice I just get pasted their policy of 24hrs which i am now well outside of.

Any tips for this casino other than just waiting haha. Thank you!

I had a recent withdrawal to debit card and it took almost exactly 24 hours. I imagine you are having the same wait.
