Bethard doesnt pay, be aware!

Bethard is requiring rediciolus document to process my 83€ cashout. I had to get new VISA card in the end of last year. Now Bethard wants doc from bank that this old card is no longer in use.

Banks doesnt even give such docs so its impossible for me to get my money from them.

Its just awful how they have dealt with this! So this is just to know that dont to rely this casino anymore.

This was good casino in the old days but no they have lost all sense in helping players

Is the new card the same numbers (apart from last 4)? Could argue that can only happen with a continuation. If you still have the old card could also send a video cutting it up maybe.

New card has new numbers. But I still got my old card. I sent pictures from it to Bethard. Also they wanted bank statement which shows old deposit with that card. I sent that also but still they refuse to pay me.

Thank god its not that big money but still what Bethard does is just rediciolus...
