videoslots told me I had won £2319 on my crashed cashzuma bonus. I then logged back into live chat an hour later to double check my winnings and spoke to a different advisor who congratulated me with my £2319 win.
So as you do like anyone would I went and spent 1500 of my family money to then be payed the next day a value of £23.19. Two advisors had got it wrong. By now I was 1500 pound down so had to tell my fiance and she threw me out. After telling videoslots what had happened they never give me a decision for 10 days knowing I was homeless and all they said was sorry it was a mistake we cant pay you that amount and blocked my account saying I cant afford to gamble anymore?
This doesnt seem fair or right to me....? What's peoples thoughts?
