Help ! I just want my money !

Hi,

It’s almost been a month now since I won $900 on November 9th. Since then they have sent me me to Risk management and they are arguing with me rhay my account is in arrears for $549.00. I asked how and they send me the dates for the deposits and it came from an account that is not mine! In fact the one day they told me I deposited $300 I was in the hospital loosing my baby that I was pregnant with and had to deliver him. They have argued with me that it’s coming from the same ip address but it wasn’t even me.

I keep emailing not getting a response or get a response and they just keep repeating themselves. Currently I am waiting for $680 to be withdrawn and still don’t have a cent.

I could really use this money with Christmas around the corner as I wasn’t working after I lost my son for a few months.

I've heard from the rep that there are sufficiently complicated issues related to your case that the best thing for you would be to follow the Complaint procedures specified in the Terms, specifically the bit about submitting your case to their ADR. If I recall correctly that would be eCOGRA but you'll need to check the Terms to be sure of that.
