Well... that certainly complicates things!I have done this twice already and sent them only to her. John

I hope to put this issue to a close soon since it is taking more of my time and others in tech department handling this than need be.
The account was never locked and I see this on my end and tech support confirmed this. Twice I have seen posts stating that livrfree247 couldn't login but I saw successful logins BEFORE each post was made where she stated she was still locked out and could not login. I asked what message was received when trying to login and it was an incorrect login message not a locked account message. I was able to login myself so there are definitely no problems there.
I don't really have much to say here as I have tried to help but this information does not match up to what I see on my end.

I'll show this thread to Jason and I guess he'll pm you if you had problems getting a hold of him but I know he answers emails almost daily and is very quick to respond.
Now I am looking at your affiliate account right now and there are no players referred and I see the last login was 5 minutes after you posted here. I only sent this password to you and it has been reset again.
John
How dare you? that is so untrue you never saw successful logins BEFORE each post was made? this topic is still open, because my contest winners have not gotten there credits, this is the major issue, that you and support have danced around the last 3 days, I keep sending jason and support emails and again nothing, asking to please credit these players, and no response? and I don't know why, jason has backed out on our contest deal. I love the 400 group and don't like to post anything negative about them. I think they are a great group, I'm just very stressed about my members not getting there winnings, and on top of that not being able to access my account
Your sure about this? You sure it is not possible that the affiliate is in fact logging in just before she posts?Vinyl said:It looks like what John is seeing 5 minutes or so before each post is a record of the FAILED login attempts, and is interpreting these as SUCCESSFUL access attempts.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to be an affiliate and play under your ID..
that is at ANY CASINO that I know of and is probably why your were LOCKED.
Additionally, maybe your contest winners are not affiliated
to your affiliate account. When I have contests, the players
have to be affiliated or they are not allowed to win the contests..
When I have had contest winners they were credited in less
than 24 hours except unaffiliated players.. Try the email
addy I posted above and you should be fine
Also I have never had a problem logging into my affiliate
account, and check every day many times, so
I would confirm your log in details and maybe try from a
different computer
yes, it's me livefree, lol when I registered
on this site I made a typo and it came out livr instead of live I will email your contact now
Livefree: YOU CAN NOT give away credits as
prizes to players who are not affiliated to you..
AND they must be depositors.. how many depositors
are affiliated to your account?
At least that is the way contest prizes have been
at my site for over 2 years and from every casino
I have dealt with.. AND THEY SURE DO NOT
PAY the credits to your account..
you do that so you get lifetime commission on players that download and create an account under your affiliate id so you make more money off them, I have entered many contests on different forums that I did not download from and have won nd bonuses, the contest was posted for new and exsisting players.ONLY
look, I'm pretty new at being an affilate this was my first sponsored contest, and I was NOT told it was for new deposting players
Ok great!! Hey girl, we can get this worked out..
He really is a good guy and I think this is all a misunderstanding...
How much are we talking? $100 in prizes? $200?
I feel badly for your players, so maybe I can
have a special contest for them at NoLuckNeeded
or something.. or try to get me a list of them and their
Rival user names and I can probably talk all the Rivals
into getting together and working this out.. If
not and it is only a few hundred bucks I will
pay them cash if they are NoLuck members
I think the basic problem is that this affiliate
is a player who wants to have contests and win the prizes
themselves..
you can not have contests and give away prizes
when you have 0 players affiliated to you...or play under your own ID
Everyone needs to see what is going on here
I am sure you are a nice person and meant no harm
but I do not believe TIV is in the wrong here.
