[RESOLVED] 400 Group, problems with my Affiliate account!!!!

I hope to put this issue to a close soon since it is taking more of my time and others in tech department handling this than need be.

The account was never locked and I see this on my end and tech support confirmed this. Twice I have seen posts stating that livrfree247 couldn't login but I saw successful logins BEFORE each post was made where she stated she was still locked out and could not login. I asked what message was received when trying to login and it was an incorrect login message not a locked account message. I was able to login myself so there are definitely no problems there.

I don't really have much to say here as I have tried to help but this information does not match up to what I see on my end.

John

Maybe she's seeing a cached copy of the 'incorrect login' page? She might want to try clearing her cache.

Well it looks to me like there is something else going here, in other words the account hasn't been "locked", there's just some problem accessing it.

John has asked that we tone down the title of this thread. On the grounds that it is doing them damage while John is obviously going out of his way to help I'm inclined to agree. And so ...

Thread title changed from

400 Group locked me out of my Affiliate account!!!!

to

400 Group, problems with my Affiliate account!!!!

How dare you? that is so untrue you never saw successful logins BEFORE each post was made? this topic is still open, because my contest winners have not gotten there credits, this is the major issue, that you and support have danced around the last 3 days, I keep sending jason and support emails and again nothing, asking to please credit these players, and no response? and I don't know why, jason has backed out on our contest deal. I love the 400 group and don't like to post anything negative about them. I think they are a great group, I'm just very stressed about my members not getting there winnings, and on top of that not being able to access my account

I'll show this thread to Jason and I guess he'll pm you if you had problems getting a hold of him but I know he answers emails almost daily and is very quick to respond.

Now I am looking at your affiliate account right now and there are no players referred and I see the last login was 5 minutes after you posted here. I only sent this password to you and it has been reset again.

John

still havent heard from Jason?

It looks like what John is seeing 5 minutes or so before each post is a record of the FAILED login attempts, and is interpreting these as SUCCESSFUL access attempts. While it seems the account is NOT "locked" and probably never was, there is clearly a technical issue that is preventing livrfree247 from gaining access past the failed login screen when connecting over the internet, but allowing John proper access when logging in, presumably directly with their own connections to the servers, which may be over a local intranet from his office.

There is another issue, and that is the failure to credit the contest winners. This has NOTHING to do with the problems with the affiliate account. John has already stated that affiliates are not given the money, but that players are credited directly into their participating casino accounts. This seems not to have been done, and this is more than a case of ignoring Emails, it is a case of not carrying out the task of crediting winning accounts. It is THIS that is doing the greatest amount of damage to the brand, not one affiliate having problems gaining access to their account.
Until these contest winners have been credited, this ongoing issue cannot drop out of the limelight.
The length of time that this Jason has been unresponsive to Emails makes it look like he has "done a runner" on his deal on the play4keeps forum.

This is actually the SECOND time (to my knowledge) that a contest forum has been "screwed over" by a Rival powered casino, and the other case was also one of making promises and a deal one month, and pulling the plug when it actually came to making good on expectations the following month. This case again involved a contest and games forum run on similar lines as play4keeps.

There are THREE issues here than need answers.

1) Failure to credit contest winnings.
2) Problems with accessing an affiliate account.
3) Failure of Jason (or delegated staff) to respond to Emails from livrfree247, leaving John to do all the work that Jason should have been dealing with BEFORE this became a public issue here at Casinomeister.

I would like to say I have been dealing with the 400 group
for 2 years. John has been wonderful since he started with This is Vegas
a few months ago. I know Rival has some intermitten email
problems so try this email:
john@velvet-vegas.com
John is a good guy and will fix any problems anyone has.
He would never ignore emails on purpose. I have had great service
from all parts of the 400 Group since the changes a few months
ago and would suggest these casinos to players and affiliates
alike.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED to be an affiliate and play under your ID..
that is at ANY CASINO that I know of and is probably why your were LOCKED.

Additionally, maybe your contest winners are not affiliated
to your affiliate account. When I have contests, the players
have to be affiliated or they are not allowed to win the contests..
When I have had contest winners they were credited in less
than 24 hours except unaffiliated players.. Try the email
addy I posted above and you should be fine :p

Also I have never had a problem logging into my affiliate
account, and check every day many times, so
I would confirm your log in details and maybe try from a
different computer

Your sure about this? You sure it is not possible that the affiliate is in fact logging in just before she posts?

I think the basic problem is that this affiliate
is a player who wants to have contests and win the prizes
themselves..
you can not have contests and give away prizes
when you have 0 players affiliated to you...or play under your own ID

Everyone needs to see what is going on here:eek2:

I am sure you are a nice person and meant no harm
but I do not believe TIV is in the wrong here.
As far as any unanswered emails use this
addy for John: john@velvet-vegas.com

wrong, my affiliate id is not the same as my username for DVG I already know it's not allowed
and yes, I tried a different puter and I can log in and I sent support an email telling them so last night,so I want to sway from the log in issue and get right down to my agreement with jason and not responding to me. there support team is very dissapointing. I had to suspend my current contest. and the other winners oh well... what can I do?

and jason hasent returned any of my emails wayyyyyyyyyyy before I had problems logging into my account my contest ended on 1/18/08 and I sent him a million emails from 2 different addys. also IM I sent him about 5 messages. and john has not adressed my issue with my accounts getting credited period.

I have a member named Livefree24/7 at my site, is that
you?? you should have just let me know and
we could have dealt with this days ago:D

Livefree: YOU CAN NOT give away credits as
prizes to players who are not affiliated to you..
AND they must be depositors.. how many depositors
are affiliated to your account?
At least that is the way contest prizes have been
at my site for over 2 years and from every casino
I have dealt with.. AND THEY SURE DO NOT
PAY the credits to your account..:eek2:

Ok great!! Hey girl, we can get this worked out..
He really is a good guy and I think this is all a misunderstanding...
How much are we talking? $100 in prizes? $200?
I feel badly for your players, so maybe I can
have a special contest for them at NoLuckNeeded
or something.. or try to get me a list of them and their
Rival user names and I can probably talk all the Rivals
into getting together and working this out.. If
not and it is only a few hundred bucks I will
pay them cash if they are NoLuck members:thumbsup:

I know you get lifetime commission on players that download and create an account under your affiliate id so you make money off them, I have entered many contests on different forums that I did not download from and have won nd bonuses, the contest was posted for new and exsisting players.ONLY

look, I'm pretty new at being an affilate this was my first sponsored contest, and I was NOT told it was for new deposting players

That is just the way I always did it because the first
contest I ever had was like that and now all the casinos
say to do it that way.. And yes to me it makes
sense of course... But just read my last post
before you get all mad ok?

Close!! I am Tawnia.. and we will get them paid one way
or another. How much is the total? Less than
a few hundred and I guarantee it myself. You know me
and trust me I hope as I think you have won
a few of my contests yourself:lolup::D
