Reefclubcasino don't pay

If this dispute turns out to be merely a player taking bonuses offered being refused even their deposit back, then reef club should lose the ecogra seal for lack of responsible conduct.

But, don't hold your breath..

Yes, ecogra are partly funded by Cassava. I personally think that limits the chances of Cassava casinos losing the seal.

Current Cassava related problems aside this dispute. All not within the ecogra "watchdog" remit of responsible conduct.

Cassava powered Link Removed ( Old/Invalid) is a disgrace.
Ecogra have no public policy printed on spyware/scumware/spam or proper usage of bonuses for player or casino aside..
Terms and conditions applicable to promotional activities shall be clearly displayed and shall not be unreasonably altered subsequent to the wagering activity.
... which means they can never be given the joeyl green light because there is no reasonable way to alter the terms subsequent to wagering activity.

All in all, imo ecogra is a half reasonable dispute resolution service, but cannot be taken at face value and must be overseen by more knowledgable folk here and cannot be relied upon until the likes of Jetset don't have to constantly contact them to give them a heads up as to what is really going on out here.

Out of curiosity, why did 32Red not make your list?

Number one: no default comps. Of course, the roulette article malarky didn't help either. Also, the constant affiliate pushing of this casino, coupled with their partnership in the redoubtable Simmo's "CasinoMeister Slot Competition" does them no favours in my eyes. At the end of the day, it tastes wrong to me. And before anyone jumps on me for my sacreligious remarks: these are my tastebuds we're talking about.

Trident offers the same service, no slot BS and a default comp rate of 0.1%. So does Spin Palace et al. Patronise casinos that give you better bang for your buck, not those that do good PR.

There is no danger of them keeping your deposit. This group commonly do this to players after they have played a couple of years and play mainly for the bonuses. Unfortunately, Reef Club never resolved the problem they had when they first started so I can't recommend this group (although it's the largest).

Comments on 32Red and SM's list of Approved Casinos

(EDIT: It looks like I'm derailing this thread, so I'm moving this post to the Online Casinos section, along with Caruso's list of casinos if you don't mind Caruso)

To me it seemed clear that he has more (several?) accounts at Cassava, i quote the casino Reps mail:

Dear X,

I am Stuart from the Operations Department at Cassava Enterprises
(Gibraltar) Ltd., and I am writing in response to your email relating
to
your Casino-on-Net account with the username "xxxx".

X, I have reviewed your Casino-On-Net accounts. I have found a
pattern
emerging with your accounts in our systems which indicate you are
abusing our generosity.

Maybe there is a - still - hidden key - but anyway, the deposits should be refunded unless the accuse him of players fraud, which they obviously dont do.

Yeah, I think I agree with you. Initially I thought I would give the OP the benefit of a doubt because possibly "accounts" could mean having accounts at Reef and CoN, and the warning to not open further account to be standard legalese. However, seeing that there is $3000 at stake and the OP hasn't returned to post here (if I had $3000 tied up, I would be checking this thread multiple times a day), the problem has either been resolved, or was fraudulent to begin with.
