Redbet Holding presented their half year report on Friday. It is looking good. Especially their casinos are doing very well.

I see that 45% of their revenues came from the casino section (30% last year). I guess this is a trend we have seen for several years where bookmakers in general are focusing more and more on casino.

Registered customers went from 198 274 to 346 090, while 43 376 of them were active customers compared to 20 953 in the same period last year.

Their new Quickfire (Microgaming) casino was mentioned since it just recently has been launched. It was also said that more products will be added to their relativly new mobile casino.

Revenues went up to 24,5 Mkr from 15,4 Mkr last year (+59%). Operating profit went from -1,6 Mkr to 0,5 Mkr.

Brands: Redbet, Whitebet, Heypoker, Optibet, Total Poker and Gold Club Casino.

(I did not bother to post a link to the report since it is only available in Swedish :D)

They were in the red? (no pun intented).

Yes, they were in red. I think they for a while there struggled with some high costs and bad poker market (damn consultants:p) . But they have managed to turn around again. It should be mentioned that Redbet has been around for over 10 years, so they have become a solid company. It is also a good thing that they now are focusing more on Casino and less on Poker.

Redbet became one of the best casinos around... they pay very fast ( withdrawals are mostly instantly approved by livechat if you ask them ) and they always got some nice promos running

I agree with you. They are truly one of the best NetEnt casinos out there (+ their new Casino Blue is great). My personal favorite is Nordicbet, but Redbet is certainly in the same league as Nordicbet - 100% safe and trustworthy

Just a question for you guys who are using Redbet. I am just curious about which welcome bonus you selected/found most attractive on your first deposit ?

(I went for alternative 2 - 100% up to 200 when I did my first deposit earlier this year).

I went with Option 2 and took the full 200EUR match.

Didn't do me any good, busted out a country mile before meeting the WR at fairly small stakes.

I'm sure a decent hit on a NetEnt slot is out there for me somewhere, (and a withdrawal from a NetEnt casino!), but I'll be buggered if I've had it yet :D

Redbet are a great outfit and are making positive strides. They are my Favourite Netent Casino.

Andy is very responsive and they pay quicker than almost all the NetEnt Casinos.

Good Job Andy and Redbet!

@Rainmaker - I think I also opted for the full bonus - Option 2. NetEnt offers Freespins and AFAIK they cannot alter the coin size so its always minimum.

Don't forget that if you deposit and play there are freespins everyday...

Nate

Looks like all of us went for the 100% up to EUR 200 bonus :D

What games have you been playing Chopley? I know you are a fan of high RTP%, so did you try Blood Suckers (98% theoretical return to player)?

Nate: Yeah, I have noticed that they are giving away 5 free spins every weekday for active customers, which is a nice gesture. I must honestly admit that I have forgot to claim them every time I have done a deposit hehe!

I've read some great things about them!

Do you get any sort of perks for being a loyal player (other than freespins)?

Thanks!

Thanks Rainmaker!
That is certainly helpful, and may give an idea of what to expect.

First hand experiences are just as interesting though.
Many casinos have a hard time living up to the the description of their VIP program... not saying this is the case here though.

Thanks!

I can at least confirm that I have got 10 free spins on new games and bonuses as described on level 2 (around EUR 200 dep/month) :)

Yeah thanks RainDanceMaker...

I was about to say what I get... but Rainmaker is very quick with all things NetEnt...

I always lose with bonuses on Netent for some reason.... So Even If I take one I bust out.

In any event, I made it to Gold ... didn't reach Platinum because I actually deposited very little there and won a lot...

I mixed it around a bit but just didn't get any luck at all :(

I was hoping to get together a proper NetEnt video for my channel but TBH the whole session was so poor there was nothing to really edit together afterwards :D

There's no sour grapes on my part and I know I've just been unlucky with NetEnt up to now, the nature of gambling is that one must lose as well as win (and indeed, lose more than win).

The problem I'm having with repeat play at NetEnt casinos is the bonus offers are pretty poor for occasional players such as myself (dunno if regular players get better), UniBet sent me a fair few uninspiring offers over the last few weeks and then finally sent a 100% match offer but only to a fairly meagre 50EUR. Got some reasonable playtime on Dead Or Alive out of it but never came close to being in profit, meeting the WR, or hitting anything decent, and that was at 36C per spin. (And yes I do know that's a very high variance slot! :D)

I get fairly regular emails from Redbet but nothing that's motivating me to deposit again (20% match to a max of 50EUR.......). I realise that casinos aren't in the business of giving free money away, but it's fairly easy to engineer a bonus that delivers a decent wedge of bonus money but coupled to a WR that means the player isn't just going to walk away with sacks full of free cash.

I don't miss much from MG casinos, but I do miss the ease with which 100% match offers were available with a palatable WR (30xB is fair to both the player and the casino IMO).

Perhaps my 'play profile' is rather unusual, as much as anything I like to get playtime, and I don't mind 'buying' playtime via a bonus, even if it means I'm less likely to walk away with a profit at the end of it :)

I didn't!
I took Bonus 3: 50% up to €100 with 50 free-spins (though I only deposited €180 for a €90 bonus cos my Skrill account was getting low).
The free-spins were max lines at minimum coins on ANY slot - so I chose Alien Robots because every spin was 60c (meaning I got €30 worth of free spins). I got lucky, hit the free-spins and ended up with an extra €55.40 in bonus chips!

However, that didn't help me much as I still bust out a long way before making the WR :(

Hiya folks
I'm glad you brought this up as I really wanted to ask your opinions on this but didn't want to be cheeky and use casinomeister as a research tool - especially as we're still hoping for a BoF.
I think we need to redo the loyalty program at all levels - it's a bit vague at the moment and perhaps not generous enough.
Any ideas you can provide would be really great.
Same for loyalty programs, they're almost always rubbbish - anyone seen a good one I can cop... erm pay homage to?

Hi Andy,

ALL NetEnt Casinos have horrible loyalty schemes - Kudos to you for getting our opinions. NetEnt generally do not reward their daily players with lots of bonuses and or comp points.

The best IMPO is the model 32Red have. I think approximately 3000 in wagering earns you a tenner and in addition to comp points they offer daily match bonuses. In comparison I need to wager close to 10 000 upwards at Nordicbet to get a tenner.

Other places just don't offer comp points and the bonuses are few and far between.

I would like to be able to view my VIP level on your site.
I'm guessing I'm at the Gold level (I got 25 €0.2 free spins for the Beach slot), but I have not received any notification.

My apologies if this is displayed on your website, I couldn't find it though.

Thanks!

Freddy

Thanks Freddy.
No it isn't displayed, which is a a pain I know and we're on it..
We're going to fix that as soon as we can so that you know exactly where you are, and if you don't get what you should, when you should, then you can get in touch and get it sorted instantly.

Until then if you see an issue PM me and I'll fix it. Not a big issue in the scheme of things (we get very few complaints and deal with them quickly) and it tends to balance out, but I know that when it's your playing money if you don't get your rewards on time it's annoying (especially when your bankroll's out and you want a spin).
Obviously we try our best, but given that the rewards system is run semi-manually at the mo (specific times of the day/week) there will be a few players falling through the cracks (and others getting more than they should - and fair play to them).

Thanks again
Andy

Thanks Andy.

I'm a fairly new player. It seems there's not a whole lot of info on your VIP program, so I'm not quite sure what to expect (in responce to " and if you don't get what you should, when you should, then you can get in touch and get it sorted instantly.")
Looking at the rewards chart, I was thinking you may review play once a month. Seing as you offer a monthly bonus.
But that may not be the case, according to you comments below.

How about writing a small FAQ for the rewards program?

Thanks!

Freddy

Hi

it gets run every weekend at a minimum (or whenever we run a new bonus) usually twice a week, that's why it's generally accurate.
The new one won't need an FAQ the aim is to make it foolproof.
Cheers

Andy
