online Casino Holdem. Who has it?

I was looking at the table game rules on Casino King today, and I saw something interesting... the rules for a game called "Casino Holdem" that looks like it might be real fun to play.

Anybody know where I could try it? The casino I was at (Casino King) had the rules, but not the game.

it was on at diamond games casinos, but it turned out they had stolen it from the game owner. not sure if anywhere has it now.

Check Casino Euro and Cherry Casino (not so sure about this last one though).

It's rather similar to Caribbean Stud. I tried playing for fun and I kept flopping at least a pair, so I decided to try playing for real money...

They did used to have this game at Mansion until I pointed out that...
a) There was an error in the software (Better flush - pushed)
b) Someone who claimed to have invented the game also claimed his idea had been stolen!

Mansion then pulled the game (at the end of August) and have not put it back in.

I haven't seen this game anywhere else, which is a great shame because it's a great game & something different.

I am playing it play money right now at casino euro, and either I musunderstand the rules, or it is not paying out correctly.

Am I correct in thinking the AA bonus should have paid 125, and the call should have paid 300?

Update: It appears that the side bet is hole cards plus flop *only*.
