This is what I'm trying to find out: How were these other accounts used?caruso said:Unless they're actually taking multiple bonuses, simply HAVING multiple accounts at Crypto has never been a problem....

Too bad no one stepped forward. That would have made the posting of the yearcasinomeister said:I will grant amnesty to those players who come forward and publicly apologise in this thread. Those who don't will be banned, drug out into the street and shot (figuratively speaking).

Bryan, you are a star. Many thanks for all you did.casinomeister said:I believe the issue is resolved - most if not all the players who lodged a complaint of not receiving the bonus should have it by now.
Freudian said:The casinos have every tool they will ever need to get rid of bonus abuse. The real reason why they don't is that they want to both keep and eat their cookie. They want to make the offer so sexy it is hard to resist, but when it turns out the player actually made a profit from the sexy offer the casino don't want to be held accountable.
Jetset said:...the decent thing for a professional management to do would be to apologise to the customers and reassure them that the problem has been rooted out and will not again raise its ugly head.
I fear Omni has lost a lot of lustre in this incident.

mitch said:I hope that in future when you say you are dealing with an issue people will show some restraint and not blast away at the casino until you have had the chance to resolve matters. ( I know this is probably a vain hope)
I would hope that you will put Omni back into your reputable casino list because they surely are.

Thanks again to Bryan.
Vesuvio said:I just thought it was worth asking again if we're likely to see this issue resolved? At the moment their terms still include the unclear 'bonus abuse' get out clause ....There's no excuse for not informing players in advance if they're on a 'bonus abusers' list - it's a clear case of fishing for deposits under false pretences.
This term is still unchanged. As Clayman said, you would think it's irrelevant - how can you have wagering "done primarily using promotional funds and not deposited funds" when there are no promotional funds in the account until $4000 in wagers has been achieved? And yet, they are still excluding players from their promos. On what basis? "Deposit abuse"? They clearly - though incorrectly - define "bonus abuse" as "wagering primarily with bonus"; so, players deposit and play without a bonus, request the bonus, and are denied because of "bonus abuse".Clayman said:Anyway, going forward, if you are a new player, it will make it rather hard for them to say "This loyalty bonus will not be credited to accounts that have in the past shown patterns of bonus abuse (ie wagering is done primarily using promotional funds and not deposited funds)." since wagering with promotional funds would seem to be impossible now.

silcnlayc said:I have been looking around for another wagerlogic casino and I went to download 3diamonds (on the good list) and Omni pops up saying they have merged with thier "sister" casino.
Now, with this thread of how bad Omni is, I am worried that they (3diamonds) needs to be removed from the "good" list since I was redirected to Omni.
