Novibet and Visa join forces and set Visa Direct payment solution at the service of
Novibet’s members in the UK and Ireland. Visa Direct is already available for users
on Novibet’s app and platform, allowing them to enjoy smooth, quick, and safe
transactions, sending or receiving money directly using the Visa network.

The fast cash payment solution, provided by one of the largest payments technology
companies worldwide, enables Novibet to leverage the security and reliability of the
Visa trademark and trusted global network, and to ultimately offer an enhanced
payment experience to its members. Thanks to the new service, money requests will
take 30 minutes to appear on user’s account following the approval of the withdrawal,
in comparison to the previous one to three days period.

Through this new fintech solution, Novibet ensures real-time, cutting-edge payments,
while it confirms its technological superiority, showcases operational efficiency, and
elevates its online gaming experience providing ease and safety at all stages.

As Konstantinos Andris, Chief Operations Officer at Novibet, noted: “At Novibet, we
highly value technological innovation. For us, facilitating our members to transact
with the most safety and speed is primary consideration. With Visa Direct, Novibet
players are offered an upgraded online payment experience in an entirely secure
environment. We are very glad for the addition of this new feature and we are sure
that our members will make the most out of it”.

When does this kick in? Nearly 4 hours and still not arrived.... Is visa direct now live officially? Another casino takes about 30 mins

As you probably know, it's not automated and still needs manual approval at Novibets end, hence the delays.

They are usually quick, but admittedly, I had two withdrawals from Friday daytime not paid until yesterday afternoon.

Once you get the email from Novibet that states 'withdrawal approved' it will hit the bank.

I not even going to bother asking them, pointless. One of Novibets biggest downfalls, still waiting on rtp since May
It's an exercise in futility; ends up becoming a bizarre Mexican Stand-Off where each side doesn't know what the other is saying.

Their supports been a bit better the last few times (in the sense they appear to actually understand the question) but yep, it's normally a pretty grim experience there.

Yes! "Novibet will then runaway never to be seen again"

That about covers it. They were quite active for a while ran some decent comps, then they've just buggered off, such a shame.
Whilst the stability has improved somewhat, the issues are still there: I've gave up informing CS of broken games etc because they seem to be in state of denial over it. Mainly play at another site and the errors must be, at a guesstimate, 10-1: same games as well, so it's not the software provider but their interface presumably.

Last year was the worse - i'd end up having to load games to check they were working before depositing: sods law they were and then, boom, 5th spin, you're oot

The answer I got about nlc slots constant shutdowns, was that it could be updates.... "Really? Games are constantly being updated?"

They must be aware how bad it is on the site, I don't understand why it's not been addressed yet. Good plan on loading games first, but you're also correct sods law it would break!
