i requested withdrawal two withdrawals one at 6.30am and one at 7.30. went into my kyc
and noticed my bank card wasn’t verified yet so i’ve sent
that cos they prob would of
come
back asking for
it and it would hold the withdrawal up. the card was verified very quickly and now fully verified. hopefully the withdrawl not too long now. just done a £100
one on vs paid in 4 minutes if only all casinos paid out like them

I used to deposit via Trustly prior to VD and using PP on the sites that didn't have it - no longer use it now, but perfectly fine. Heard a few people have a few issues but usually resolved within a few days but never had any personally and used it quite a bit a until a year or 2 ago.
 
Sounds like the VD isn't enabled/issue with - they've been processing my Paypals in under an hour the last week so presume they've processed the visa w/d and it's just going down the normal 2 day etc clearance process.

Apart from a few hitches in a few months i find it's rare for the w/d to take longer than 2hours (normally 1hr or less) to process.

it’s not processed at all mate so don’t know if the visa direct works or not as it’s still not processed. annoying cos everybody saying they are swift paying out. this is my first withdrawal from them. i’m fully verified too. i can’t be arsed with slow paying sites been spoiled with vs and all the other fast ones.

The visa direct clearly isn't live, it's a load of nonsense, exact same bank and card at Videoslots is processed in minutes. These guys are a shambles at times

with nationwide. i’m waiting for another one for £385 but no email yet from
them will let you know if that one comes through as visa direct. rbs is always visa direct i used to use rbs before nationwide. rbs was always within half an hour for me rather than instant with nationwide. hope you get some answers

up to now i’ve only had one withdrawl processed funny how the £50 one has arrived but stalling on the bigger one :/
It's clearly not working as it should, which is a great disappointment after being told it's live. The CS have zero clue and actually no idea what they're talking about, the training schedule must be horrendous, surely they have meetings to discuss these things with their team and if not, they really need new gaffer's.

Wow, I still haven't had mine yet, what on earth is going on. It's not my card or bank, that works just fine with Videoslots and speaking with CS is pointless.

The previous withdrawal came through 2 days later so I've no idea what's happening, but it's quite frustrating when other players get their withdrawals fairly quickly in comparison
