Official Novibet offers Visa Direct to players in the UK and Ireland

I withdrew at 8pm yesterday and still no email to confirm it's been processed so just jumped on live chat to enquire, they say it's still within the 24 hour window....I had no idea it took 24 hours to process a payment? I've never had to wait that long before.

I'll also find out if visa direct is working when it does get processed, highly doubt it, but we shall see

to be fair they said the same to me 24 hours, my first one was done after 9 hours and second was overnight so 24 hours exactly

Hello, in our understanding based on feedback from the appropriate department Visa Direct works fine as in general we haven't received many complaints. The only issues that we are facing are regarding cards/banks that do not support Visa Direct where the process of withdrawal is quite different for intuitive reasons and, consequently, might take more time. Why does visa direct work quicker at other casino's with the exact same bank and card details then?
 
Someone else mentioned it at the start but got email through from RBS (who i use(d) for card deposits) - moving to Mastercard Debit so, not sure if MC have the same thing as VISA for this, but you've only got a few months left if part of that banking Group :laugh:

I did at Unibet, thought they were manual though as mine are taking 30 minutes now but it transpires I've been a a naughty boy and Big Bro is watching me :laugh:

I think Uni though must have a policy of automating to certain values: makes sense; why spend time reviewing things that don't need reviewed, player is KYC'd, been with you for years. -very little value in using queue systems, staff checking for non-existent things.

Once it's confirmed it's still a lengthy process, not the 30 minute jobbie elsewhere.

It's still a great site for slots, end of. I still check rtp though and luckily I did, a new net ent release, gonzo something, is at 93.1%! Or thereabouts... Absolutely atrocious

Hello everyone, I now have an explanation regarding this.
We have already contacted NetEnt since the 14th regarding this issue since the release.
Due to technical issues we were unable to release the higher RTP version on release date and, as a result, decided together with NetEnt to release the lower RTP version until the technical issues are figured out.
Our casino has always consistently chosen the highest RTP for their slots and we will do the same for Gonzo's Gold as soon as we are able to!
