Hello everyone, I now have an explanation regarding this.
We have already contacted NetEnt since the 14th regarding this issue since the release.
Due to technical issues we were unable to release the higher RTP version on release date and, as a result, decided together with NetEnt to release the lower RTP version until the technical issues are figured out.
Our casino has always consistently chosen the highest RTP for their slots and we will do the same for Gonzo's Gold as soon as we are able to!

Chat support isnt great however i called them and he forwarded the request and was flushed, 10 mins later monies in the acct. They are based in Greece i think, at least customer support is. One of thr best casino layouts, if they get the visa direct thingy right this casino is a keeper

i find novibet very fast at paying out withdraw and email after about 30 mins check a/c and its already there, never had to use chat so cannot comment on that issue.

Ive had another one yesterday at 4pm and this time even the phone support has been useless when i called 30 minutes ago. Time to put 1eur limit till they sort their shit, if ever. DONT advertise what you cannot offer guys, all the withdrawals that are staying unprocessed is by someones will, makes one wonder if you have liquidity issues or you have gathered so many customers that you ceased to care

i’ve never had a fast withdrawl from them it lends the full 24 hours for me which puts me off depositing there often
