Hi.

Here’s my experience with novibet.

Signed up and as always I use my visa debit card ( Halifax ) to try and deposit as I use this card with all online casinos as I try and aviod using a credit card.

Could not deposit and was told that visa debit card is not allowed. First time in 10 years of playing online that a casino doesn’t allow the use of my visa debit card. Very strange.

I then used my MasterCard which worked but it’s not ideal.

Played slots with no issues and actually won more than I deposited. Made a withdrawal back on to my credit card but the remaining winnings, how do I withdraw that as I can’t have a positive credit on my MasterCard? Ideally I’d like to withdraw the remaining funds back on to my Visa debit card but that was rejected when I initially tried to deposit.

I have funds now that I can’t withdraw. Any help please rep?

Also tried to contact live chat at 1.00pm uk time ( offline) and phone them and no response.

Where you deposited using a MasterCard they may let you do a bank transfer?

Happened to me- put my credit card in credit and the card company sent me the balance that the card was in credit.

Hi. I used a John Lewis Mastercard. I don’t usuaaly use MasterCard to play online. So what happens you get a positive balance? I’ve never been in that situation.

Depends who it is... I used one once and got a 90p 4 reel wild desire and had about 700 quid credit.

Contacted capital one who said if it goes in credit they can just zero the balance and any credit is simply paid back to me. They used my direct debit details to get the bank details and was in bank in a few days

Sometimes they’re funny with people overpaying on credit cards but if they see it’s a one off they’ll most likely simply bank transfer or faster payment it to your bank

Have you withdrawn it? Sometimes Mastercard don’t allow withdrawals back to them so you may need to make it a bank transfer. Ikibu returned my withdrawal once saying MC wouldn’t accept it so I needed to bank transfer ( something to do with 3D security or something)

Normally yes but LeoVegas let u do a bank transfer if you’ve used a MC... seems to be if they can’t process it they’ll default to that method...

You may find you can’t withdraw it to it then

The rep may say if you deposit using Skrill etc you can withdraw to that instead

I received an email form support suggesting I try and withdraw using Skrill.

I do not have an account with Skrill so not very helpful.

I have gone ahead and attempted to withdraw using your wire bank transfer.

I’ve typed in my iban, swift/bic, name etc. The only thing I wasn’t sure of is where it says account number so I typed in the 16 digit number from the card. Is that correct?

Your account number should be 8 digits in the uk. Usually in the bottom right corner on the card . The 16 digits is the individual card number for each card linked to the account. Though perhaps with the iban code they will be able to send it anyway.

That’s what I thought. I have typed in the 16 digit number because the iban number contains the account and sort code. Oh well, let’s see what happens.

As you probably already know, deposits and withdraws should be proceed through the same way in terms of AML compliance, which basically means if you deposit via Credit card you should withdraw your money using the same way.

I got informed from Customer Support they called you in order to help out and guide with the issue and you managed to make all withdraws through Card that's great, can you please confirm that situation has been solved eventually? :)

We always try to be Just in Time and find out solutions to any issue appeared, so feel free to let us know if there is anything else we can help you out.

It looks like their 60 days BBF is up, and it seems to me things have been going relatively smoothly.

So, if anyone has any issues about them becoming accredited, make your voice known now.

I i put the language to german it says only residents from germany are allowed to get the welcome bonus:
"Nur Einwohner aus Deutschland sind für unseren Willkommensbonus bis zu €250 berechtigt."

If i change it to english it says everyone except for greek residents
"All new players (apart from Greek residents) are eligible for our Welcome Bonus up to €250."

I assured via live chat that i can receive the welcome bonus, still something that definitely should be fixed :)
