iNetBet had a $5 freebie to try it out, and I actually really liked it, I must have played for about an hour on minimum bet - it wasn't until I put my bet higher that I lost my ass. I only got to the third level on the bonus (shooting an arrow through the orc's head) and most of the features paid ok, a couple I got several retriggers too. I got the battle feature once and my character got killed immediately but all in all, I got some decent playtime. The graphics are really good, especially when they animate. And I never had any lag problems which is odd considering it's such a huge game - a lot of the new Microgaming games start bogging down after playing awhile.

The only thing I didn't like about it is that it seems that most of the symbols are sort of the same dark muted colors and it's hard to distinguish one symbol from another. But maybe that's just because it's such a change from the bright colored cartoon style of most other RTG games and I'm just not used to it yet.

So, let me get this straight.

You made 110 spins, and hit the feature, which paid $1.50. I notice you described it as "$275 worth of spins" rather than just "100 spins"...I assume this was for effect..?

I'm not sure how you can make any kind of even remotely sound judgement of any slot based on ~100 spins. It boggles the mind, in fact.

There is no way you can say what "return" this slot has....purely because you basically haven't even scratched the surface in terms of testing it out. In fact, NOBODY can judge the return of a slot without playing tens of thousands of spins at a minimum.

If I had your attitude every time I waited over 100 spins for a feature and won what Mother Hubbard had in her cupboard, I wouldn't have a slot left anywhere in the world that I could play.

Of course, you're entitled to your opinion, but when it is has no credible basis, it should be challenged....especially when others might read it and think "OMG...I'm avoiding this slot it doesn't pay!", which is ridiculous.

I played this all day yesterday on minimum bet, started with $40 and was up to $130. I am sticking with the Elf, it seems to pay better and hit more often. I got a lot of retriggers and super spins, one of which paid $80+, this is on a .25 bet. However, I did get a lot of wins of .25 - $1.50 too. It crashed on me a few times and it is hard to reload once it does. Just keeps going back to the Lobby screen but I have that problem with a few of the games occasionally. This is on CWC. Now here is what I think. I was up to 1100 on this game even with miss payouts. However if game was broken the honest thing to do would be to ask for my last 2 deposits be credited back to acct. that would be like 90 some dollars.The reason I say this is --if game was broke I should not keep the money I won and then lost- There is no amount I can give them how do I say OK I lost 499 oh and 10 on this spin and 100 on this spin -- I think the fair thing to do for both parties is to just ask for last 2 deposits back and I say last 2 because I played game with one and then ran out before I could play my saved bonuses so I had to redeposit to play saved bonus..

What really bothers me is I tried for two days to tell people that this game was broken and miss paying. Live chat blew me off see previous post, emailed rep here never responded. I even contacted an affiliate friend of mine who knows tops people to say hey hun let them know this is game is broke, you know me and I'm not a crazy lady or scam artist and no one is listening to me.

So i think this is a fair solution let me know what you think? I just hope game is fixed i really liked it.

That's my point the whole thing is messed up lol--- notice screenshot above i won 58. and only credited 30. because i had 5. left when I hit that. i started noticing little glitches like amount played bet size and wins are all screwed up. Like I said I was trying to find a video program to tape it for them and show them but then they pulled game. game came back online yesterday I played it and noticed nothing changed so I just screen shot it to prove there is problem.

It's messed up big time that's all i can say, also if you pull game history it gives you something else it didn't even match. So I think this game should be offline until they can prove all glitches are fixed.

no I fully understood, I was just pointing out from the screens it looked like wasn't deducting the .50 bet correctly either.

I did noticed that $29.38 *2 is $58.76 which what the screen says the bonus round paid and if you add the $5 you started with to the $29.38 the history says its $34.38 as shown in the balance window.

it would be interesting to look at the paytable and see if the second screen line win (line 16) with that particular combination should pay

It sounds like a complete mess, but I think you really should have asked for the full amount you feel the game should have paid out (as reasonably as you could estimate). As it stands, if you didn't hit the feature at all, you had a very real chance of losing your money. But since the game wasn't paying out properly, you had very little chance of winning anything.

This gives the casino an unfair freeroll against you, in a situation that is entirely not your fault, but rather that of the casino and software provider. We can all understand that mistakes are bound to happen sometimes, but this is really something that should have been caught during testing, and a game should never be released in such an obviously malfunctioning state.

I'm glad the casino gave you something back here for your trouble. However, I'm sure there are many who lost money, whether at this casino or a different one, either due to game malfunction or pure bad luck. I suspect many of these players receive nothing at all. It's not a fair game when the unlucky players lose, and the lucky ones only break even. The standard of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" should not only serve to protect the interests of the casino, though it often works that way. Either all players who lost any money on the game must be refunded, or winning players must receive their due and complete payouts. Unfortunately, this will probably be swept under the rug with as little fuss as possible.

So the game is still not working properly? They refunded your deposits and added a little something for bringing this to their attention and being honest but slapped you with WR on those :/ WTH that's terrible.

You should have just withdrew what you had but I bet if you had of withdrawn what you won the first time instead of being honest they would have said "Sorry a malfunction has voided your winnings" when they went through your account before processing the withdrawal.

If the game is defunct, I think that reps for accredited RTG casinos should be aware of the issue. It's hard to believe that the error only occurs at Intertops. Why should it? The game is supposed to be the same at all RTG-casinos. The only thing that could differ, if I can guess, is that RTG operators can order different versions when it comes to House Edge. But I can't see how that could casuse these problems.

Even if I'm not satisfied with Intertops brands I wonder if you had contact with the right people at their support. Often we can see that usual customer support don't see the real issue. Have you contacted their rep here? I don't think you have, it shows dec 3 as the last time he was online.

The proper way, before you judge them, is to contact their rep here at the forum.

I think that this game is defunct and that they should remove it at all RTG casinos before this issue is even bigger.

i got an email last night from tops saying game was fixed and they credited acct with 20x playthru -- i was mad !! why are you attaching a wr to it? if game was defunct- return deposit and start over. they also said game was fixed i took the money and tested game since I was gonna try and make a wr. It can happen. Just yesterday I could open all of the JPC casinos except for Grande Vegas. A casino can have issues when others from the same software doesn't. Besides, look at the screenshots.

OK after I sent email to Intertops I received original deposits back with no wr.
Now after all of this there is no way I'll play there again, so I took money and tested game.

I did video tape some of the play. I am new to taping online and was gonna post it but have to upload and then went to get url and said wrong format so if anyone wants it I'll email and maybe they can figure it out.

I hit battle bonus free spins. My balance was 72.33 before spins. Now it also said I won 4.10 before spins started.
Now most casinos this would add to balance before spins start which would bring total balance to 76.43. It DOES NOT DO THIS. So now spins start balance is 72.33 and win amount is 4.10.

This is result of spins.
10 cents line 16 =win 4.20
10 cents line 5
10 cents line 9
10 cents line 14=win 4.50
20 cents line 2 = win 4.70

spins over total balance now 81.13 that was total after battle bonus was over.

what the game is doing is crediting the initial win of 4.10 before spins. 72.33 + 4.10 = 76.43 then it

adds total win of 4.70 (which included initial win as well remember spins added to this.) So you are getting 4.10 added twice. plus the 50 cent win. = 81.13

now to me I would have thought win amount should have been 72.33 + 4.10=76.43 +.50(bonus win) = 76.93.


I don't know if suppose to do this I tried reading it and could not find, however looks wrong.

Still also crashes and starts miss payouts again.

So game needs to be beta tested again by someone I'm done Iv'e tried to tell them and I went way above and beyond what a customer should do. So if anyone wants video showing what I'm talking about here I will email it. Also maybe a rep can see if this is what game is suppose to be doing? However like I said I still noticed some miss pays- didn't bother with screenshots last night of them, and after video headache I said them them figure it out.

So in conclusion we know that game is miss adding payouts and sometimes not adding full wins.
