Sorry but I don't find these arguments that "they said they'd have VIP, I want it backdated to my youthful days in the shining hills of Goa" stuff very convincing.

This is a tricky business sometimes and things may not happen at quite the speed you'd like them. I have been six months and more late with some of my promises here, you want a pound of flesh from me too? To what purpose?

To (badly) quote a British comedian I've enjoyed: I've listened to what you've said and to me it sounds like "I want this, I want that, now, Now, NOW!"

I think a reality pill wouldn't be amiss here: a casino, like any other company, will generally do its best to satisfy its customers but reality plays a part too and sometimes things just take time. You want them flogged for promising early and delivering later? Great, AFAIC we should take note of that and file it right after "learn Swahili" on the to-do list.

I'm not saying they have done or can do no wrong but I am saying that in the current climate of this industry players would be well advised to weigh the good and the bad and be realistic about how they are being served. If you want the moon more power to you but don't be too surprised if the air up there is a little thin.

We are gonna have to agree to disagree....I guess........I never suggested backdating to inception....I said count FEB and MARCH and if they were feeling really frisky maybe Jan.....I just think it really really really sucks that i missed their cut off by a lousy $150 bucks....when i dep a lot more that in both feb and mar.....hell on feb 28 i probably dep 150 it just sucks is all

Actually I see your point and in no way am I picking on you with this (you know that, yes?). I'm just saying that in the big picture this is a bit of dog doo on the sidewalk (remember, I live in Paris) not the crash of the Hindenburg (big airship that went up in a fireball, see Led Zepplin (I) album cover, or below).

I joined up with Lock back in Jan., made a couple of deposits, sent in my docs and was authorized, and did ok playwise, no cashouts.
Reading this has made me realize they do not even send me emails with specials or bonus' or anything at all, period. Maybe my couple of piddly deposits were not even worthy of regular emails? Oh well, after all the info I have read here I just did my uninstall, I am not worth their time so I guess they aren't worth mine.

So you uninstalled a great, reliable and fast paying casino just because they don't spam you to death with daily deposit match offers?

All the offers they have are there in the lobby, easy to see and no 'subject to status' BS here.
I get no mailers either, cant say I really miss them.

Really, I dont see why everybody is beeing so harsh on them.
Loyalty points dont count up fast?
Name me one other casino that gives 1 point for every $5.- wagered at a conversionrate of 1000 points is $10.-
Thats twice as much as most other RTG's and 4 times as much as some.

And runs of bad luck happen everywhere, thats just the streaky RTG software.
Losing 20 deposits is alot, but you could win that back with your 21st deposit.

Nope, I uninstalled because I don't think they know I am a customer, lol.
I'm not asking for constant spam, everyday blah blah, but once a month maybe an email with new games or updates, etc.
They were an OK casino, so are others, so no big deal (the VIP thing isn't even my issue, since I can't afford to be a VIP these days).

hello all , well it seems to be normal at alot of online casinos at the moment deposit = no play = another deposit =no play another bad run & yes youve guessed again yet another bad run, i dont have a problem with losing thats part of the game ,but this is a forum where you can comment on whats going on in the real world concerning playing time, deposits & wins & i realy dont see alot of the latter happening ,if you average somewhat like lets say 500 -1k a month at any site & keep losing month after month your going to get a little p!ss3d off , as people always say here there random its a bad run , i would realy like to know how many players here have done 10+ deposits no real cashouts meaning up at $100 dollars at some point from start of play or is it that were all so damn greedy & want those 2k 5k 10k wins ??? lock has been very fair to me in lots of ways & there rep elka is very very good ,machines swing for good & for bad , but the main thing i would of thought is to at least keep your players happy im not saying chuck them 1000s in free chips but at least have a look into the account history from the start ,least that would give you half a chance to see whever some things could be over looked etc etc, lock on the whole have been good to me ,but as pointed out in this thread already ,i still dont like it if a casino new or old says something then holds it up for 3 months ,i would rather not know until its either set up or its running & i think thats part the point jelsmith was trying to make before jelsmith closed the account at lock ,only the player knows his or hers deposits at this casino so they should realy take that into account regarding vip status & chips etc etc.
