With all due respect but you are trying to tar the reputation of a good casino group because of one case.

Max stated clearly that Eric had other valid reasons for standing by his decision to confiscate the winnings. Reasons he might not want to disclose to the greater public to protect himself and the casino.

Eric is one of the most generous and forthcoming casino reps and decided in many cases in favor of players where other casinos would have never done so.

So please take your few hundred bucks, play somewhere else but don't try to publicly insinuate that CL/Next are a bad casino. :eek:

Well I read Max's posts at the time and again just recently and I'm afraid it doesn't sound to me that casino have bothered to provide any explanation beyond "he broke the max bet rule once". Why isn't the title changed if that is not the case? I can see 3 posts from Max in that thread (below) . I'm not trying to tar their reputation I am merely stating that I haven't deposited/played on there since I read that thread and I am obviously not going to deposit on a new "skin" either .

Missing deposit bonus

Hi guys, i am sorry to drag up and old post but i thought it was the appropriate place to submit my query. So i deposited £60 as my first deposit but i was not credited with the 150% bonus. Live support seems to be down everytime i check and i have not had a response from emailing support. Does anybody have any advice on what to do.

No need to worry about,the same thing happened to me when i first deposit and my 150% match bonus was missing.I wrote them an email and got the bonus 1 day after.Next or CasinoLuck they are one of the casinos with great reputation,so you will get your bonus :thumbsup:

They may delay with the email answer but keep in mind its Easter

This is my worry as i am travelling early tomorrow morning and i was looking forward to doing some spinning this morning. If i played my deposit money now would they still credit me with the bonus?

and yes,they are one of the casinos where if you spend your deposit,youll sure get the bonus too,after all its their mistake,but there are casinos where they wont honor that.

I did spend my deposit, now i am talking about Wildslots casino but they are in the same group,next day i got the bonus and make successful withdraw of 600 euros i think.I am 100% sure you'll get your bonus
 
it has nearly been 12 hours since i first emailed them without a response. im getting a little concerned to be honest! and still no live support
