New Casino Launch from Next Casino / Casino Luck Group

My first line was in reference to WildSlots. I referenced Casinopop because they are both in their Beta stage :thumbsup:

I can get told off as well now....

Have to echo the Casino Pop positives. Tiia (Support) really helpful and the only negative I found was no search function for games (although they are still in beta) Processed a decent withdrawal there and then on chat with no docs and only one prior Paysafe deposit :thumbsup:

Two up and coming casinos which look like they've really started off on the right foot and will see more of me and my budget if they continue down this route.

Deposited there last night and wasn't able to beat the bonus but no worries:thumbsup: That happens more often than not. I have a few problems with the site. Problem numero uno the Microgaming slots wouldn't load so that was a bummer and the second problem is you click on live chat and it opens a new window to the casino but no live chat.

The casino needs to sort these issues out sharpish because in my view they are biggies. Otherwise the site looks good and the slots I could play ran smoothly.

I have seen other casino launches go more smoothly in the Beta process. You would think that the ability to play games in all software providers and ability to contact live chat would be up and running even in the Beta process. They have a lot of work to do imho.:)
 
I do have one other gripe. The casino rep hasn't posted on this thread since Sept 8th. You would think with a new casino launch and all the problems that that entails that the rep would post more.

The rep has not invited attention in casinomeister so my guess is that he has just lived with it rather than be guilty of anything.

Specialist invitation e-mails were sent out to random players to try the new site and I shared on here as they are a good group with a good active rep so though I was doing a favour.

I will say during my play there I have had not one error and they payout bloody fast !!!!

Shit happens mate. I too had a very fast payout without having to provide docs even though it was for a fair amount after just a few deposits :thumbsup:

I was very surprised to hear that comment from Eric, You only do what any body else would of done, I know he is a good bloke but sounded like you done a bad thing, No you did not in my eyes, Unsure if waiting to do the BBF or wanted to get the site up and running or even that they not even want to let any body know they was in the same house (group)

Either way a quick message in the email would not of went a miss to say keep it quiet, You did nothing wrong mate,

Sorry, I've been held up with loads of work so havent posted much. Trying to check in here to have a peek for major issues as much as I can though.

The MG games works for me when I tested just now but please pm me your username and I'll have a look. We did some upgrades yesterday and earlier today so maybe that was the cause.

We've been testing the live chat this morning. I hope to have it up and running fully before the end of the week.

I do have one other gripe. The casino rep hasn't posted on this thread since Sept 8th. You would think with a new casino launch and all the problems that that entails that the rep would post more.
 
I had some issues with the MG slots kicking me off with error messages in the last quarter off my wagering so I gave them the swerve and my withdrawal was processed in about an hour.

I all most neither have any problems with downloaded MG sites unlike other players.
 
I sent a Pm as requested to Eric regarding my inability to open and play Microgaming slots so hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.:thumbsup:
 
I dont know whats going on but one finnish player got request that he has to send notarized documents to romania..
Also lots of accounts got closed without any explanation ....

They are sister sites so this is not a good read :confused:

Fair enough Eric. I'm please to hear that there's no connection, since I'd be worrying about getting paid by Mansion Group. At least I know I'm in safe hands now.

The odd thing is though, apart from sending my documents to Wildslots today. I haven't sent any documents to any other casinos for about 3 months.
And I don't have a record of any sent emails to Casino.com :confused::confused::confused:
