New Casino Launch from Next Casino / Casino Luck Group

Fair enough Eric. I'm please to hear that there's no connection, since I'd be worrying about getting paid by Mansion Group. At least I know I'm in safe hands now.

The odd thing is though, apart from sending my documents to Wildslots today. I haven't sent any documents to any other casinos for about 3 months.
And I don't have a record of any sent emails to Casino.com :confused::confused:

Could it of been a co-instance that it was sent about the same time you send of docs to another casino? and just a another email tactic from a casino to get you on there site,

I was abit confused when seen the email, but it does not state wild slots on the email,

Had a nice win at Wildslots last night (posted to screen shot thread) and withdrawal was processed within two hours without docs.

Thanks to 'Nick' for the flushing of funds

The 3853x DOA win, I posted in the mega wins thread, was from Wildslots last night. But unfortunately my withdrawal is still pending and docs were requested :(

yes, it just happens that casino.com decided to send you an email now after months or years, and just a co-instance it came when you sent off docs to another site,

Remember sites will use any excuse to send an email

Agreed mate! - I've had a good many e-mails from sites I've not been in touch with / played at / even logged into for ages, over the years.

Various subjects, including 'You have cash in your account' (Usually pennies, an uncleared previous bust) and also KYC requests (this one regularly comes from Lucky247, KYC'ed about 3 years ago!)

They do it hoping you log in, spot a game you like maybe and think 'I'll just try a cheeky tenner' etc.

Been thinking about it since your original post and although I cannot be 100% sure, I do have a nagging memory that casino.com sent me a 'verify or we close your account' type email some time back.

The timing must be purely a coincidence, as Eric says they take longer than the time frame suggests.

Exact my thoughts, Infact I received an email today of betfair

You'll need to login to your Betfair Account by 23rd October 2016 to avoid paying an Inactive Account Fee, which is withdrawn from your Betfair account balance.

Balance £0.01 lol

I have had similer emails to what you said, Infact casino's know they can get people on the KYC, So whats better than to get an email about being verified :) Untill the dreaded threshold gets hit than another email about KYC, than they say are but the first part was only to a certain amount, after this you will be fully flagged :)

Pull the of reel mate, I not get fooled on them types of emails,

I'm a little disappointed that after sending my documents, it took around 10 hours just to get a reply confirming my documents had been received.
Still waiting for approval, 24+ hours after submission

That's a bit rough not to mention surprising.

Although a while back and a dodgy memory, I'm sure Next/CL verified me a lot faster than that.

KYC cleared early this morning, and received the withdrawal to my Neteller account, a few hours later.:D

Maybe it was just a temp bug or glitch? :what:
It was working the next day i tried them.

The site is ok and the games worked fine except MG the first day.
Deposit with Skrill and getting the bonus was no problem.
I didnt have much luck, so crashed eventually. :(

Got an email from them yesterday offering a bonus. It's not the SUB, and they do not mention any terms in the email, nor seem to have any general bonus terms on their site. When also their live chat is offline I will pass. Makes me feel like they are a bit understaffet IMO.

Expect Delays

Well I stupidly decided to try them out.

Deposited, made wagering and submitted a withdrawal. That was yesterday afternoon. Withdrawal stood there pending. I assumed they would not need documents as a number of people were already paid without them.

Fast forward 6 hours later - I receive an email that documents were required. That was already past my bedtime. Woke up and submitted them while the withdrawal was still sat there - some 15 hours later.

Received a reply - thought oh goodie - I'm verified. Not so - the reply took almost another 6 hours but that was just to say that they received my docs and were sending them through.

Fast forward another 3 hours - No reply, no verification - Withdrawal busted. No ones fault but MINE.

I had a discussion with the rep over email and he attributes it to a number of things. The thing is, Casino Luck and Next Casino already take forever to pay. Sorry, I'm used to getting paid in under 2 hours and when i dont I get impatient and irritated.

In this day and age, there is absolutely NO EXCUSE whatsoever to delay payments. The fact that its already almost 24 hours since i submitted a withdrawal and have not yet been verified.

How much longer will it take to be verified and then how much longer will it take for the withdrawal to be taken out of pending. Remember, once its out of pending it can take up to who knows how long to actually be paid.

I know that many of you here would be absolutely pissed as well.

Some of you are patient... So good luck to whoever decides to wait.

Nate

I believe any bonus that is not linked to the welcome/signup bonus then you would simply refer to the 50% monthly reload terms, alike Casinoluck & Next.
You can't play an restricted game anyway, it won't let you spin if it's written into the terms so you are safe there, which only really leaves the max bet rule i suppose, which possibly isn't so hard to breach looking at a few new topics that have appeared oday!

Still, if they don't put in the effort to make these things clear, I won't put in my money. They also offered some free spins in the same email, which I don't know whether or not it is wager on.

fair enough dude. I believe that all free spins at that site will include wagering on the winnings. Noticed myself cs wasn't always available. And like Next&CL once you've read the terms and are familiar with them, you only really need to check the ''last updated on'' at the bottom, to know if anythings been changed.
2013 on CL & Next was the last time things were changed, apparantly! makes it stress free really.
Either way, good luck. I took a 100% emailed bonus from there last night .... and had an absolute horrid session on DOA. i think 4 bonus features in 3 hours before busting.. and one base game win over 20x stake :(((((

Sorry but i dont think luck and next are that quick, i usually wait between 12 and 20 hours
and that compare to similar sites in here that pay way quicker :)

Seem OK, I've had them up for a couple of days now (Wildslots) and pay as quick as Luck and Next do, Nate has been unlucky for some reason.

CL review

Payout Time: 30 min – 6hs, rarely up to 10hs

After looking at the minions data there is not a calculation but I see max pending 15 hrs,

next casino review

Reverse Time: up to 5 hours

15.3 Hrs avarge cash out time

reverse time 6.1 hrs

So albiet there a bit of margin there, it seems that payouts are pretty good and well whiten Dunover's fast paying sites,

Yes this is the group that confiscated an entire £2000 balance from a guy who made ONE! accidental £8 spin whilst on a bonus..

They lost my business right there and I used to deposit a few hundred a month between luck and next

Oh shit another thread I missed, That was a terrible outcome for the player,

That just goes to show why they have max bet and why they keep to 100% of bent rules, No rep showed up either

With all due respect but you are trying to tar the reputation of a good casino group because of one case.

Max stated clearly that Eric had other valid reasons for standing by his decision to confiscate the winnings. Reasons he might not want to disclose to the greater public to protect himself and the casino.

Eric is one of the most generous and forthcoming casino reps and decided in many cases in favor of players where other casinos would have never done so.

So please take your few hundred bucks, play somewhere else but don't try to publicly insinuate that CL/Next are a bad casino.
