New and Need Help (re: [Rogue] Real Vegas)

Hello Everyone!

As you can tell I am new to this site. I thought I would join you guys to get some help and information.

I don't have any complaints (well not many but that is a whole other issue), I am just looking for some help.

I have been playing at realvegasonline.com for some time now (off and on for a few years ) I have made some money and lost more money

Up to now I have never had a problem with getting a withdrawal from them. About two weeks ago I was playing there, I had made a deposit and got the deposit bonus, I totally understand the rules about the deposit bonus rules, so that is not the problem.

My play through min. amount had to be at least $9000 USD before a withdrawal, I had played aprox. $17,000 in action and decided to make a withdrawal of $800 USD. Now I can't get my money, much less anyone on the phone or by email. I have left at least 20 emails and 25 voice mails, but no response at all

I guess, after explaining all of this, my question is What can I do to get my money?? Is there a contact or phone number (other than what they post on there site) that anyone knows that I can contact to get this moving along??

If anyone knows anything please let me know.

You can always try PAB it's free, you can do that here. Not sure if they have a rep here that you maybe able to contact.

Is this the Real Vegas Online casino that was rogued just before Christmas? Seems typical of these....you get some players who receive withdrawals with no problems for months, and then they suddenly stop.

@jrg: I have received your PAB and will process it tomorrow under the terms of the "One Shot Rule".

Please note that under normal circumstances I would advise you _not_ to post in the forums while you have a PAB in progress. In fact if you have read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ as I suggested to you earlier today then you would know this. In case you missed it this is the section of the PAB that applies here: Q: I have already, or would like to, post about my complaint on the message boards. Is that a good idea?

I said "under normal circumstances". Since we have issued Warnings against both Real Vegas (here) and their management group Curgam Malta Ltd (here) I'd say that your posts will likely have no affect on the PAB because they routinely ignore the PABs we submit to them.
