What bank statement does not show your information, I have multiple accounts with multiple Canadian banks and all show the details?

There has to be a way, don't let them keep your money! Contact the rep and if it doesn't work (assuming everything is legit from your side) then why not go through a PAB with CM?

When did this all happen? The win just happened, but when did you send all your bank stuff in, and tried to contact the rep. If everything just happened when the win did, then you will have to wait until tomorrow to get some answers, but if the bank statement stuff happened before the win, why did you deposit?
 
i sent them all of my documents and it looked like i was verified
but when i tried cashing out they asked for my bank statement with account number showing
but i looked at my bank statement the account number was missing
i called my bank twice and they told me that they don't provide such information on bank statement

all of my withdrawals are fine everywhere but i was new to royal panda and all this headache happened
 
can you not just take a screenshot from online banking showing the url, date/time and black out the unnecessary details?

I'm in BC and play on PartyCasino. Although Netent games have miraculously appeared, when I try to load them, I get a georestriction message. Tried Party support, but useless.

I emailed Netent because I know they have an agreement with the BCLC for its online casino. Hopefully they respond.

Anyone else in BC not able to load Netent games?
 
Gotta love an overzealous KYC experience, especially one that shows as soon as you hit the withdrawal button...

strokes me more as a business decision and NetEnt have an arrangment wherein their games are available in their OLG whereas they arent in ours here in ON

Likely just a transitional thing, we've already seen the few who were first out of the gate, getting a jump on the pack over the weekend. I've seen netent games starting to appear in various sites that they used to be hidden, but it's 50/50 atm on the game actually loading when opened vs getting a geo-restriction screen.

I imagine by the end of the coming week they'll be fully available in most of the sites with Canadian users, and those who are still dragging their feet will finally be proving what I suspected all along... Only offering bonuses on Netent slots wasn't a business decision that unfortunately left us feeling like second class customers, it was in fact a socially acceptable way to publicly display their hatred of our freedom to drink decent beer while cheering for terrible hockey teams...

or perhaps just payback for Justin Bieber & Nickelback.

Lol. Hey I like Nickleback! They are my motivating music :p. I really glad they are back, but what a tough gig placing in their battles. I have yet to do that, and they have been back since Thursday. I know, I'm always bitching about the battles. :rolleyes:

I don't appreciate your blaming me for not responding. As far as I can tell you won money on Friday, I explained to you on Saturday evening and I've just followed up again. I'm sorry I'm not a 24/7 help-desk, but if you want faster answers there's always our support team. The request is very simple and I think you're the first person who's ever who's bank statement does not have an account number, but let's stay calm and have a good open communication with our KYC team and I'm sure it'll be sorted within no time.
 
All bank statements have the account number in Canada. However if the casino is asking you to show your card number on the statement then that is not possible because banks do not show your card number on the statement. Unless it was a credit card statement.

Hows everyone doing in VS battles with Netent? It will be a week tomorrow, and I haven't even come close to placing. Can't even get into a bonus round. I hope they didn't screw with rtp for us, as a condition for coming back.

Well, you should be able to check the rtp in the help file to compare
