Nedplay- payment issues

hello again, i received my money just 10min ago.

for you who are trying to contact livesupport, just refresh the page and eventyally you will get to chat 1-5 times or something like that :)

sadly i requested withdrawal for 270e vut received only 250e? :D

boxer: You made your request almost one month later than me, I haven`t got mine..

250 is clearly easier to pay than 700:mad:

Edit to add: I reached live chat and got the same answer as usual: It`s in the final stage..
I tested the UK/international phone but the number seems to be inactive.

I managed to get through to live chat on Friday.
Robin is still unwell and will remain MIA for a while.

I would recommend phoning them.

I'm sorry that Robin isn't well...but this is so unacceptable for a business to continue to operate and accept deposits...yet have no one available to deal with issues, and for payments to be delayed for months on end. What kind of business has only one person who can get anything done? I could list a half dozen reputable casinos just off the top of my head, where it would be business as usual, regardless of whether or not the manager was available, or sick, or whatever.

FWIW I've just issued a Warning: Nedplay: slo-pay and AWOL Customer Service.

I'll be contacting the individual PABers about their situation tomorrow.

Used up my thanks for the day Max...so thanks.

This has been going on for way too long.

I'm owed 3 months of affiliate payments from them , Its been such a hassle dealing with them the whole time for payments .Maybe microgaming should step in and stop them from accepting deposits ,cause if this turns out to be a under funded casino with issues , there has been warning signs for months now .

Really?!? Do you have a source for this info? Please share it.

Ok, turns out it's true, negotiations are underway. If it goes through it will be VERY good news for all involved.

More info when I can ... and don't bother asking who it is: no can do.

Max, would you mind if I ask who it is? LMAO...

K, I'm gonna be dying of curiousity until I find out. I'm gonna guess a European facing company...maybe Canbet, or Ladbrokes...or maybe even 32Red? Any of those would be wonderful news for everyone involved.

EDIT: Hope it's not Casino Rewards....they need another casino like I need another hole in my head, lol.

Ok, 'formal' statement here: I heartily encourage any and all with outstanding grievances with Nedplay to PAB ... ASAP. That includes players and affiliates.

I have good reason to believe that once this goes through -- if it goes through -- that PAB issues will be tabled and dealt with promptly. A PAB'd issue is half way to being settled because the 'paperwork' will already have been done.

Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ is required reading. Incomplete and/or screwed-up PABs will be delayed accordingly. Read your FAQ folks, that's what it's there for.

See my earlier post:
If it goes through it will be VERY good news for all involved.

PS. I have updated our recent Warning to reflect the new situation.

All very well, but this looks like a rescue takeover of a business in crisis, yet they were continuing to accept deposits KNOWING this.

Players remember Eurolinx, where they NEVER had a happy ending, and it may just be good fortune that someone with a good reputation thought it worth taking over Nedplay.

Because of all the problems over a protracted period, I bet they got it cheap, but they will have to work hard to distance themselves from the previous management, and make it clear to players as soon as possible that the old ways are gone forever, and that balances will be honoured after the transfer.

It seems it took just ONE person to have a protracted period of illness to cripple the ENTIRE BUSINESS. There should have been back-up in place, or key worker insurance that would assist them through a crisis.

This is just happening TOO OFTEN with what was once the premier MGS brand, where this kind of thing just didn't happpen.

Robin meanwhile no longer works for nedplay so you will not be able to contact him. I think we just have to sit tight until the switch happens and the dust settles.
The warning is still valid. I would suggest that all players cease depositing into this casino until we know that the torch has been passed on to someone else committed to deal with this situation.

Does anyone know if the changes to nedplay are down to robins health problems or because the casino was allowed to start up without the proper financial backing in place.
If its health reasons my heart goes out to him and i wish him all the best.
But if its down to money problems why were they allowed to start up in the first place, surly MG isnt going dowm rivals road and allowing anybody with a 40K purse to open a casino,
With problems from both Eurolinx and now Nedplay in a very short space of time im just wondering if this is what we have to look forward to.

Just my opinion but that's a lot of speculation based on ... anything? As far as I know the whys and wherefores of the Nedplay decisions have not been released.

No cold hard facts just my feeling on some of the things ive read lately probably could have worded it better.
Put another way should we be concerned that 2 MG casino's have had to be taken over recently, bailed out/or what ever reason in such a short space of time. i mean didnt MG used to run vigorous checks on who is allowed to run thier software so these things dont happen, im not that clued up on MGs history but has there been anything like this happening before, i dont remember hearing anything about it if there has, i may be wrong

Are MG allowing anybody to run thier software now like RTG do
I think its lucky that the 2 have been taken on by someone else but what happens if a 3rd comes along and doesnt,
Im probably being over dramatic but it may be something someone needs to keep an eye on.

Ive been playing with NedPlay for a while and lost alot of cash on there site however when i won 500 i decided to cut my loses and take the money and run very fast... However to date i have recieved 187.09 since November 2009 sent 10 emails, phoned 5 times, chat to there live support. No reply.....

Hi all,

My health problems are over and it turns out that I am in very good shape now. Thank you for all of you that supported me with this. I am not in the position now to give you any more details about the recent events but I will as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,
Robin

It's nice to see you're feeling better.

As mentioned elsewhere 32Red has asked for all the PABs against Nedplay to be forwarded to them ASAP. I'll see that that is done before we leave for London.

Nedplay and 32RED

I am only speaking for myself on this but I would not put a lot of faith in anything MG is running,or any of their program users.
Is this not the same software company that around the end of DEC and first of Jan that deceived USA players on the new games
They continued to allow deposits and for several weeks kept saying that they were having issues with the new games. We are checking them to make sure the games are working properly before re releaseing them again for your enjoyment
Then finally MG and the casinos that are under them came forward with the truth that all new games were being stopped from play for USA players
They are now looking at ways to stop the flash play including blocking complete ISPs
So now why would you believe MG or any of its users, anything they say I would take with great caution.
This also leads me to think more along the line they can and do track a players wins and change games to be tighter for that player or group of players

This thread isn't about the issues US players are having with MG, but about the myriad of payment delays that players and affiliates have been experiencing re: Nedplay. Now that 32Red have taken them over, I have no doubt that all legit claims will be settled, and quickly. When it comes to payments, 32Red is about as good as it gets. I don't think anyone who is owed money has a thing to worry about.
