Nedplay- payment issues

UPDATE:

Had an chat with another guy from Nedplay - Robin is not answering the PM`s here!!

I was promised to get the first rate of my winning.:confused: TODAY. Guess what. Nothing until yet. It is now 10:38PM. Though it was promised! The rest would follow in the next 2 days.

He said they had problems with eWalletts....

I don`t get it. This is really annoying.
 
It would appear as this seems to be a common theme at nedplay, that is that the player ranks at the bottom of the food chain. Considering it is the players who fund the whole operation, it may be wise for existing players to consider if this is how you would treat somone in business. I certainly would not and would never entertain playing at an establishment such as this one.

This is most frustrating since these issues should have been resolved. They remain in the "fire" at the moment - but may drop out if this isn't taken care of "post haste".

Nedplay is not going to post information or reasons for delays that we consider "private" with regard to the privacy of the players.

Therefore it is hard for me to respond with a precise reason for a certain delay in particular situations.
I have contacted Bryan about this to give him an explanation.

Nedplay will always pay players and I would like to stress that the delays mentioned in this thread are unfortunate but not intentional.

Well thats very kind of you protecting peoples privacy. But, I wrote you 2 PM`s and you didn`t answer any of them.
So again PLEASE take a look into my account and get back to me with detailed information about the ongoing payment-status and WHEN the payment will done. And please - if you don`t want to give any private details here on the forum then send me a PM or let the guys in the support know whats up.
They are friendly and helpful but not well informed - so they are not able to answer questions. (Which isn`t their fault!!)

Being that CM is based around providing legit players with a means to address online gambling issues, it's a certainty that if there is drama's at a venue then it will be posted here.

Not withstanding the fact that in most cases there are two side to every complaint. But from a players perspective and that of a long standing member, it become increasingly hard to keep an open mind when the number of complaints rise.

The obvious solution is to do what you've done Robyn by bringing Bryan up to speed. Least then he can offer some assurance that things are being addressed.

On other occasions when this 'privacy' excuse has been used to rationalise a reluctance to explain what is going on, operators and players alike have been prepared to trust the 'Meister's word after he has discussed the issue in confidence with the online casino operator.

If there is something genuinely suspicious enough to void or delay payment to these new complainants, then I suggest that the casino manager opens a dialogue with Bryan, who has the experience and knowledge to make an independent judgement.
 
So, I finally got payed!!!:)

The problem was that my former Credit-Card was under a special investigation. I lost the card and ordered a new one and so I registered my new card.
WHY the old card was being stated as "dangerous" and "fraudulentious". I really don`t know. Hm, there is a global-unit for Credit-Cards were information are being stored about YOU. Hmm..makes me think. So, what if you in there with a black stamp? How can you get out of it? (as a side-thought)
So Nedplay waited for a positive feedback from their payment departement and holded back my winnings. For a good sign they paid me 500$ and after 2 days, this morning, I received the rest.

And now? What was my experience and the conclusion with this?
I was very nervous and I stressed the support-people a lot with mails and chats. But NO I was always polite and I didn`t used an aggressive language. A "thank you" to Judith and Jan from the chat which were patient with me. As I was (a bit) patient with them.
And I always knew that they are just the frontline and certainly not responsible for the cause!

A negative point, in my view, was. The response time was a bit too long, the information which I received were a bit too weak. I had to ask several times and the support didn`t got the answers. May there is work to do for the support-stuff? I mean, they wanted to help but couldn`t get any information from their team. If they want I can work out a workflow with them - define processes and stuff like that:)
Robin tried to call me on the phone - I denied it - cause making calls or talks are just useful for the very moment, but in the end you don`t have it "written on paper". I had this in the past - and that is very bad experience!!
Again, they were always friendly and helpful - but limited in knowledge.

So, would I play there again? I think I will give them an another try - and hopefully I will able to withdraw again. To see how long it will take. And after that I will make my mind about them.

I hope I didn`t stole anyones time with this story and didn`t post business realted things that shouldn`t be posted in a forum. If so, please CM delete it!!!

For my case this thread can be stated as solved!

ok i'm a happy camper , i just checked my bank account and my withdrawal was put in, and they were fast, i withdrew on the 17th, they proccessed it on the 20th, so that is pretty good, i'm still waiting for one from playtech, they take forever, 6 to 14 days, then it has to go though instadebit another 4 days, grrrrrrrr.... so any way i'm happy with Nedplay, not that i wasn't to start with.:thumbsup:

Am not defending NedPlay in the least,just giving a little info
I have found out that most microgaming casinos take a long time to pay out to a first or second time player.
I have also found that the bigger the deposit or the higher up the ladder you are the quicker your withdraws come
If you are say a copper member then you are a low level a bronze moves a little higher a silver higher
Until I finally got a higher status all my withdarws at micro casinos have been at least 14-20 days now I usually get them in about 3-4 days
I also use nothing but Quick Tender and E-wallet express for deposit and with draw

After waiting a few weeks without payment, having sent in ID and being told "I've received your ID and your payment will be processed" on Oct 5, I decided to do a thorough search for similar problems with Nedplay, and this forum post came up.

I have over 1000 pounds pending after wagering nearly two times the required amount for their unnecessary bonus offer on the slots. They've consistently dodged a straight answer about when I will be paid. When I pressured to post about it on forums I was told Oct 27:

"Dear xxxx,

At this moment we are in the process of validating your account details. The first payments sometimes take longer. Nedplay has never niclected to pay a withdrawal. Threatening with casinomeister has no influence on the way we work. On casinomeister you can check the fact that we pay every validated player.

We appreciate your patience and try to get this transfer of your withdrawal done as soon as possible.

Have a nice day."

Appalling spelling aside, they still have yet to make the payment to my account. In fact, they don't even reply to my emails anymore. I've been waiting a week since my last one.

That reminds me about something else strange in their system. Replies to their emails within the first day bounce back with Delivery failed. Likely an unintentional bug, but it happens every time and any reputable corporation would swiftly fix it.

FWIW, Nedplay does not pay every player in a timely manner or keep players informed about the status of their withdrawal. I'm not out to the knock the casino's reputation, only stating facts of my experience.

I'll let everyone know when I do get my payment.

won 400 pounds so i made a withdraw of 300 and lost the other 100

this was on 30th of last month sent id as asked sent emails for the next
weeks asking how long for withdraw ect.. no reply for 6 days then 4 e-mails
come at same time time saying its takes longer for a 1st withdraw

what i would like to know is 20+days to long
p.s like a fool i have still been makeing depoists there

20 days is WAY too long, even for a first withdrawal. There is something going seriously wrong with them, the delays being reported are way beyond the norm for a Microgaming casino. Most will pay after 24 hours in pending, so in around 3-5 business days. For a first withdrawal, there is only the additional delay caused by document verification, which should only add a similar length of delay, maybe at worst 10 business days.

The only thing their rep admitted was that they were seriously understaffed, and had gained too many players for them to cope with. They are supposed to be recruiting more staff to serve the players, but they had better hurry up, or the staff shortage will get solved in a different way:rolleyes:

Surely they are processed with the UTMOST SECURITY because of their sensitive nature. When organisations "lose documents", it makes them potentially available for criminals to use for ID fraud. What casinos request is enough to pass a stringent ID verification process online, so any fraudster with these same documents could pass as you quite easily with another online casino, and many other online organisations. They might eve be able to make up "real world" fake ID from these files.

This is a common issue with MG Cashcheck. I have often received payment and find my withdrawal STILL showing as "work in progress" days later when checking something else. Some casinos seem faster than others at getting Cashcheck updated.
Assume therefore they did pay two days ago, and wait the third day. Complain again if no money arrives by Monday, and see if you get the same story, or a different excuse.

No payment

[pab-in-progress]I have asked for a withdrawal from Nedplay on the 14th of November - $ 649.

A few days later they got the documents that they asked for and they were verified.

I have asked their support every second day - how the status is with my withdrawal - but nothing specific about when they will pay.

So I have now been waiting for 20 days and still no money :mad:[/pab-in-progress]

It seems ducthrobin the rep for nedplay has vanished into thin air!!!:mad: He has not logged onto the forum since 19th November, I know my PAB is still open but come on guys this is rediculous, I would have thought he would have at least responded to max at least by now, males me wonder!!! hmmmmmm:mad:
 
Our current understanding is that Robin is AWOL for medical reasons. I know he had a serious accident earlier this year so there's no reason to doubt the medical emergency claim.

Robin has asked for, and as far as we are concerned he has been granted, a brief leave-of-absence, so to speak. That said I am still working the outstanding PABs and will press them with him ASAP. I believe we're talking a few days here so no one should have to wait too much longer for some results.
 
They have closed my issues but I havent received any money.

Withdrawal request was made nov 21 and the documents were approved nov 23.

However, they are trying to speed things up, when I read closed tickets they are showing me this:

Dear XXX,

Please chase withdrawal for maphesto, and send maphesto an email. Withdrawal is from november 21st and is still pending.

This means that I probably will get my money, but I havent got an email from them. I often choose microgaming just to get winnings quicker, but I have even got money quicker from Club Player that this..:eek2:

I would this hassle expect from a Rouge casino group - or a "ops we ran out of money" casino....why the heck is this still active?
And further more - they banned Rushmore from the accred.-list for a good reason, but this casino behaviour is on the same level of the bottom line.

I was really thinking they had problems - making mistakes - like we all do. But they haven`t learned from it. Though they had the time to change their staff/system or whatsoever. Sad - very sad. It is a nice casino and the slots were pretty warm (for me).

I def. never will deposit again.

Just my 2 cents - if others want to play there....DO IT!!! I wish you all the Jackpots they offer and tons of money.

Hope they improve.

I tend to think that they have (or at least they did have) good intentions but werent experienced enough to straight up start a casino and succesfully managing it. Then issues started to pile up.. Add to that dutchrobins health issues and you get a mess.
 
Does anyone have contact with the Casino? I haven`t been able to reach them since last week. Live chat doesnt answer and they have not answer my last ticket.

FWIW, we expect there should be movement on our PAB issues in the coming week. If not then ... things could start getting a little prickly.

She said this:

I have just contacted the finance department, and they will chase your withdrawal and contact you by mail today / night.


Its 700 we are talking about here. :)

it was 21st when documents were verified, i am able to contact livesupport but it is no use cause they won't say anything, just forwards ticket and 12 days with no answer.

No, I haven`t been able to reach them. Even Nedplay has got the new Microgaming update with the big casino I saw recently.
