A new Netent 243 Ways Slot Game Called 'Narcos' will be released tomorrow 25 May 2019. I've seen this preview:

Personally I've seen TV show but I preffer the Caracol TV show called 'El patron del Mal'. :p

Oh yeah! Netent Slots are reviewed at Casinomeister - to include their associated casinos! Woo woo!
I love the TV Show. And seems like they have nailed the whole theme of it pretty well. Even if its in a cartoon kind of way. NetEnt slowly diggin them selfs out of the grave of filth? We shall see, But looks promising!

hey @dunover , sadly no Beer last night but now time to get some Shots after your post :D :D:cheers:

Yeah, I often don't know which day of the week it is myself. Perhaps I need some narcs...:D

Just had a go and £50 lost in 0.20 bets, highest win was 20x bet
Free Spins difficult to trigger and in the end were hopeless, hardly any wild conversion and none walking, paid 10x.
Catch-me feature, low paying dross!

More near misses than Napoleon and they've went all Red-Tiger with the 5th reel slowing down until the scatters just roll past.
Drive by bonus looks promising but never delivers any useful wilds.

I found it much more entertaining than rewarding. The drive by thing triggered a lot but no pays worth mentioning, it just slowly but surely ate my bankroll. A bit like drugs... not that i'd know anything about that...

I like most Netent Games, new and old, and this is definitely one i will play on occasion! I now had 3 sessions on it, each of them winning. Notably the first session took quite a few spins to warm up, but i came in with a big balance from a win i posted in the winner screenshot thread:p

Had one 600x bonus, and just now hit another 200x...the Free Spins can go quite bonkers, when the wilds keep coming and line up for wins, giving you tons of extra spins. Also had a couple of good drive by's (it can actually combine well with the normal wilds and sometimes comes in short succession, giving you more or less the same effect as the actual Free Spins) and also had some very decent 'Catch me' bonuses.

The latter also seem to like to come in short succession of each other, at least when it in a good mood. :)

Should've made a screenie of the 600x but... i smoked a copious amount of extra weed before i started playing, to 'get connected' to the slot :D Hence was laying in bed like a zombie, and thus didn't feel the urge to get up and press the 'ole prt. scr. button!

Played the game yesterday, had quite a good time even though i didnt win a whole lot and didnt manage to trigger the freespins once -- seems pretty hard to get but they look like they would have decent potential. However, the "Catch me!" bonus can pay quite nice too, was close to around 100x a few times on that one.

My experience almost echoed this got close to losing my £50, long time to get free spins which was dead. persisted and eventually got some decent sized wins from both features but nothing spectacular. quit a small loss after about 900 spins. Pretty boring after a while with how dead the features nearly always are.

I gave it another go and lost £40, again on 0.20, biggest return was around 25x and no Free Spins.
Seems the norm now that every slot goes in excess of 300 spins (average) to trigger free spins and with some exceptions they still pay the same average wins as the 1/150 slots.

It has become a lot harder to get ahead on a deposit without being extremely lucky.

Used to be that Netent were reliably 'Medium-variance' and would allow lowrollers great playtime and a chance to build up a bankroll, now as people state they're just like every other sucker with their HV shenanigans.

If I wanted that I'd play BTG or any of the billions of Megaways clones....NE need to acknowledge and recognize what their demographic is and stick to it. Who the hell wants to wait 300 spins on average for a bonus round, given that they're likely to be crap anyway. And no it's nothing to with being 'a sign of the times', companies are completely ripping the p*ss now with their greed

Hope everyone's having a great day :eek2::D

There are still a few of the good old NetEnts available to play, Wonky Wabbits and Wild Rockets are two that spring to mind, although they'll be on the 'end of life' chopping block soon I believe :(

As for Narcos, have we established what its variance actually is? It could just be that the reports here are folks running badly on it when its variance is still relatively sensible. The old WMS slots that were very much medium variance could still do some damage if you caught them wrong.

I have no real interest in playing stupid high variance monsters. You know how many spins in real play I've put through The Final Countdown since I hit that 5698x stake win? Zero. Not a single one.

I did rag the arse out of it in free play for a few hours though at £1 per play, lost a shitload of pretend money and didn't come anywhere close to getting a decent bonus round.

From my limited play on it (around 3-400 spins if i had to guess) i'd say medium to high. The catch me bonus does keep your balance afloat and i did hit it a fair few times, however the freespins seem to be very hard to get. (Also, i hate scatters only being on 1/3/5, feels like a pain to bonus every time.)
I ended up being about 100x Stake up after my play, without ever seeing the Free Spins. IIRC @Harry_BKK played it a fair bit in demo mode, maybe he can comment :)

Here a few details from the game sheet. The RTP is rather evenly split between the base game and the three features. That explains while it will destroy balances rather quickly if you don't trigger any of them for a longer time.

The game trends towards high-variance, appr. 8-9/10, so you would expect it to have poor runs at times. The 5,000x win potential has to come from somewhere :D

Interesting, during my play it felt like the wild feature was just a nice little gimmick not like they were split almost evenly. :D I did however get maybe 5 or 6 locked ups in ~350 spins so thats way better than average.
Thanks for the chart :)

Seems good on paper: JABS mechanics with 243 ways, really bad execution though.

Really like these game sheets that you have access too, if UKGC want to do something useful they should make it so all of this information is legally required to be available on every slot.

Did ask about png ones last time but are these netent ones publicly available anywhere?
