Hi again, situation still same and now i have wait my withdrawalas 35days...

I try to contact every three email address which was in last photo. I have send two emails every address without any answer.

They have keep saying me contact cashier email like i have done many times. Saturday again i send long email to cashier and they answer me same day, i wonder that they answer me using with support email and make me think its same support/cashier even if they have keep sayin supporft cant do nothing, all because cashier?

Yes i have tried that already. I open complain there 17.8 and 31.8 Henrik from fenix casino ask my username in casino fenix which i give in same day. Now it have takes 2weeks after i give my username and not change situation, not get any pm or nothing. After that 95 hours goes i ask askgamblers reopen my complain.
Its still in there recent complaints.

Its very frustrated to go over and over again go to fenix casino livechat ask about my withdrawal to see get same answer " we cant do nothing, contact cashier, Is there anything else i can help you"(!)...
 
Is there any possibility that netent or microgaming do something because place like this offers them game?

I just hope this place fenix casino burn in he**, im totally pissed off, so frustrated as you can see. Its like there is not any purpose terms what casino have write in their site they dont honour ANY rules, this casino is worst place where i have ever withdrawal money, i have done that maybe 20-30 places and before this i think another plave 1 week pending was long time, not think anymore.

Its just unbelievable they keep saying same storys in livechat to me day after day, week after week, month after month like there is no anyone who is responsibility for this all. They keep saying "cashier contact you", same thing always and i ask when, when cashier is contact and pay? Its like i cant do nothing, only wait that miracle happening.

Tell me possibilitys how can i act someone gonna do something to this shameless cheaters who is keep stealing people money all the time.

After all they have act that way i will do everything to get this place down, use time for that so much as it takes, places like this should burn in h*ll.

I already send long email to Netent and Microgaming, i hope they care about them honor and do something this situation.

Forget their support as contacting them is a futile experience. Special thanks to Spintee for posting those email addresses. I'm not sure what did the trick for me but just keep on complaining. Hi, when you amke withdrawal? You send email to that emanagement?
 
The most recent complaints I made were to those email addresses that Spintee gave and Microgaming and Netent. My guess was it was one of those three or possibly they just got sick of me jumping up and down. I think the moral is don't give up.
 
FWIW I've recently been in touch with someone at this group who seems willing to receive any PABs related to their casinos, old or new. Over the coming days I'll be forwarding the PABs I have on file.

You better book a few years of work my friend, I think you will see ten fold in complaints now theres a whisper you are in contact with them,

I obvious do not know the contacts you know but I do know this, All the water in the world could not put there fire out, Its a rouge pit and not worth the bother, I do wish all players will get there cash.
