By the look of things the following casinos are operated by Flavidus Ltd. (Cyprus) and owned/licensed by MYEG BV (Curacao).
They all share the same master-license (5536/JAZ) and are operated with the Oryx gaming platform:

- Casino Adrenaline (support: english)
- Fenix Casino (support: english, french)
- Almighty Vikings (support: english, french, german)
- Vegasberry (support: english)
- Sin City Casino (support: english, german, russian)

The bolded casinos have an igaming rep which might be responsive or not. I also ask myself why they offer french support but restricting France from playing. Likely for some Canadians.

Not long ago Hello Casino was also falling into this category of casinos. However they seem to have switched houses and are now operated by Imperium Network Solutions Ltd licensed by the UKGC license of Caddell Ltd. (G'Day, Amsterdams, Cyberclubcasino, etc.). This transition was done in July 2015.

I did not hear anything bad from the Caddell group yet (dunover played at a couple of them and was paid reasonably quick).

I'd conclude to proceed with caution with all remaining Flavidus casinos as long as a rep explains HOW these casinos are operated. By the same guys or just share the same shell companies. These guys are sitting in Cyprus and I don't have heard much good about them. They generally seem to pay but there are tons of complains, especially with Fenix Casino out there regarding bigger withdrawals.

i already wrote about this on another thread but it must be done again.

fenixcasino has not paid cashout in weeks now. my own has been pending over 3 weeks. thank god its only very small. and i know that there is bigger cashouts that has been pending since june

and they dont answer in any questions about this situation... :mad:

I will give more than a caution for this rouge pit, Your right and hello was part of there group but always the rep was on hand, I so glad they parted with the dreaded MYEG BV, no pays or slow pays and lucky to get your deposit's back at best, It is beyond me why operator's give them machines, It puts a bad name on them, Hello was the only decent site to operate from them, Also none have a U.K license but still alow U.K to play

You have been here long enough to no not to play such sites, Thee has been fair warning about theses sites, There a bunch of crooks
 
Rolastan eventually got paid his ~£2700 DoA winnings 3 weeks after his complaint. It's quite obvious a cashflow problem. After their reputation was flushed down the toilet by all these complaints I don't think they can recover from that.

By the way - regarding this obscure 5536/JAZ Curacao master-license. One of the IMHO most trustworthy casino(-groups) are also licensed under this license: Superlenny/Thrills. :o
(At least they have an additional Maltese license)
 
I've had a withdrawal outstanding at Fenix for over a month.:mad: Customer Support is ignoring my emails and live chat is in propaganda mode. I've emailed Curacao and they told me they are licensed by another organization. What Curacao has two licensing agents? I'm emailed them back to ask for contact details of this other agency and no reply. I think it is fair to say Curacao is a joke. I messaged the reps here with no reply. I can't PAB because Bryan and Max have helped me out before. Anyone got any suggestions on what else I can do?

First of they are as bad as you can get, I would not waste any more time tryig to contact them, You can claim back any funds from your bank but would not do that as not a good idea to do charge backs,

I see no PAB aginst yor name so you can try that albeit I dout it will go far, I have seen many complaints about theses people and end its not good

I used to play online casinos about 5 years ago and had an account here. The account was connected to an email I no longer have so I couldn't get back in as I had forgotten the password. I have PABed before and they were successful (thanks Max and Bryan). I considered going to other similar sites to casinomeister but it looks like they're about to be blacklisted everywhere. Once that happens I imagine the group is finished and my money is gone. The annoying thing is that I had a positive experience at casino adrenaline and that led me to try Fenix. Heres hoping the Fenix rises from the ashes and pays me.
 
Of all the casino in this group i've only played at Almighty Vikings, I might just be one of the lucky ones but my £2.7k DOA win was paid promptly without issue. Having seen the complaints about Fenix I'd be reluctant to push my luck with any of the others in the group though!

I've played at hello as well but obviously they aren't part of the group any more... no problems with 4 figure withdrawals from there either.

I have send email for curacao egaming two times but not get answer. In askgamblers site casino fenix member ask my username but nothing happened after that. Where i can contact or what can i do?

Unfortunately you can not hope for much if he doesn't respond. However as long as they are operational keep asking for payments/installments. It's possible that all or at least parts of your winnings are just lost to a rogue operator but there are still some hopes. Years ago I had a withdrawal at "Empire Casino" (They had a very obscure game-provider, wouldn't touch such an outfit nowadays) and I got paid parts of my winnings ($500) 2 years after my initial witdrawal. Most of it was just gone since they went offline shortly afterwards but at least you should keep asking that should increase your chances.

I agree but Curacao is just a joke-licensing jurisdiction. It's the same with Cyprus and Costa Rica. In case of any disputes you can't hope for any help from their side. :( That's why many rogue operators are licensed by them.

Yes i have tried that already. I open complain there 17.8 and 31.8 Henrik from fenix casino ask my username in casino fenix which i give in same day. Now it have takes 2weeks after i give my username and not change situation, not get any pm or nothing. After that 95 hours goes i ask askgamblers reopen my complain.
Its still in there recent complaints.

Its very frustrated to go over and over again go to fenix casino livechat ask about my withdrawal to see get same answer " we cant do nothing, contact cashier, Is there anything else i can help you"(!)...

I obvious do not know the contacts you know but I do know this, All the water in the world could not put there fire out, Its a rouge pit and not worth the bother, I do wish all players will get there cash.
