Im walking away, never to go back, and thats a shame. :( I will stick with VS.

I think you should do a PAB.
I suspect epic failure of their transaction history.
Old MG had 1 spin on 1 line, bet and win on the same line. But the new one has winning spins on 2 lines, one for bet and one for win. If I am right their system got confused and takes double bet on winning spins, one for each line. Meaning you bet 5, win 5 but instead of one spin with 0 change in your balance they show 2 spins with -5 change in your balance.

I would fight it to the bitter end, just as a matter of principle - too many casino's think they have the final word. How did they explain the different play logs or did they just ignore that evidence? How many other players might be in the same situation as you and not realised.

I just finished 42 screenshots. Now I need a coffee. Thanks guys! I will be doing a Pab, so all communication of this ends now I guess? Never done one before, so after my coffee I will read the rules. :)
 
If it was sent to PlaynGo, would they have gotten a response in 24 hours? Originally the one supervisor sent it to them on the weekend, but my VIP host said yesterday it wasnt logged to the right department and did everything over again.
 
Maaan, that's really awful...
But unfortunately, not so rare case. And, I guess, that's not so easy to return your money back...
