Looking at the transaction report there is a 19 minute break between the $70 win and then the $5 bets start. The $70 win occurs at 3:10 then the spinning starts up again at 3:29..I doubt that was you so possibly someone hacked your account..but not sure what can be done about it if that's the case.

I was looking at the transaction numbers and there is numbers missing, some run 1,2,3 and then it jumps with 3-5 missing. I logged off at 11.32 pm canada time. They were able to see that. I dont know what it means that the numbers are missing?

Can you show the rest of the pages of transaction history, up until your deposit? Maybe we can figure out what happened.
It is your best chance, to show them your initial deposit and all transactions after that.
Did they agree with you at any point of the season about your current balance?
As Jono said their bonuses tend to disappear when you complete wagering.

With the screen shots I posted can you guys do the math from the 70 dollar win down to the last bet? So count bet, win and see if you come up with anything above 42 cents? Please.

It sounds like you should make a PAB immediately. Since they are running at MT Secure Trade then there are more people Max can turn to besides those from the casino. They will have to go to the bottom of this.
If you weren't drunk playing then there is no way in the world you could have lost that money without knowing it.

I dont drink What is MT Secure Trade? I am going to wait to hear from my VIP host and if he gives me the run around, then I will do a PAB. I hate to have to do that because I like these guys, but since they changed everything over, its gone to crap real quick.

Update

Just spent an hour on the phone with GR management. W e are showing 2 different reports. My play time, bets and wins are no where near the same as theres. I have sent screen shots while on the phone with them, and nothing matches up what so ever. So I have missing money and different reports. They are actually in a panic now, and have urgently marked it for tech team and I should know by tomorrow. I have no idea in what could of happened.

Afraid to play there now.

Honestly I don't think these things just happen. None of my bets were the same as what it was showing on their side. And yes I am stubborn! On the plus side. Its good to know my mind is still in tact! I know thats debatable, but it did scare me.

Of course these things not just happen, but no casino wants it to happen because such a rumour that they might be cheating can be devastating.
Also remember that the casino can't control their games. They are also relying on the game provider.

Ask them to check the IP address from which your alleged play happened.

It's a few years ago, so finer details are gone, but I logged in to a casino account using my own details, and found myself in another user's account! Support seemed remarkedly unconcerned about it to be honest. Of course I did not play on the account, the fact it had a balance was what tipped me off it was not mine. I pointed out I could have played (I did not of course). Support's response was basically I could not have withdrawn to my account. Yeah, but I could have ran some poor guy's balance down to nothing.

Don't think that's the case here since other things seem wonky as well.

( Gemix and Dragon Srine) and it shows exactly what time I logged off.
Their report shows exactly what two games I played and what time I logged off. Those things are correct BUT their report shows incorrect betting amounts. Amounts deleted, added etc. Their report shows that I played it out. And it doesnt show money missing.
So their report being an excel spread sheet can be manipulated. All you have to do is change the fields. Where as mine can't. I asked that they also check who was working that night. I hate thinking this way, and I hope I am wrong, but knowing computers the way I do, my gut is leaning that way.

Memories..do you remember Lotus? That was the first I used..had to learn formulas and too often I still use them today on Excel instead of the auto stuff..too old to teach an old dog new tricks lol..anyhow very glad to hear that they now agree that something serious is amiss and hope they find the answer soon.

Omg Lotus! Simply Accounting, Acpac! I remember when Excel came out in 96-97? I went for my certificates, and failed it 3 freaking times! I literally broke down in tears. lol. The instructor was stunned and said " Jennifer I taught you DOS, this is easier then DOS, it does everything for you!" I knew how to do the cells, but the formulas? My brain got stuck on stupid. I finally passed and learned through using it, but to this day I still hate Excel. Yet I love coding!

One time I went to bed with 5 cents in my rizk account and when I woke up the next day when I logged in.....there was close to ten million dollars in my account!!

They were pretty quick to look into it...and rectify that mistake!

As well one time at videoslots....I played some ainsworth game....and then moved on to some quickspin slot and I was betting 1$ on qs but was being deducted something like 6$... my balance quickly went from500$ to $200 in minutes....I alerted CS and said that my balance was disappearing....as you can imagine they must get complaints from losing players like this all the time.....my game play showed I was betting 5$ on the ainsworth game but mine was showing a 1$ on qs. CS did not believe me...As a matter some posters on here though I was lying too....i immediately posted on here and dan looked into it.

A malfunction with ainsworth games that resulted in vs not offering them until almost a year later ..

I don't know golden riviera....but maybe they will do the right thing as these malfunctions happen.

I am interested to see how this situation plays out and I hope you get your money back Jennifer. What irks me about the situation is the flippant way support handled your case from the get go. When a player has an issue it should not take hours of phone calls and several e-mails and chat support talks in order to have the situation sent up the flagpole. This is badly done by Golden Riveria in my opinion. Again interested to see how this all plays out. Good luck Jennifer

I had to wait until my VIP host came back yesterday from his weekend, and who ever sent it, didnt send it right so he started over and sent it to the right dept. I just received an e-mail minutes ago saying that the tech depart couldnt find any discrepancies and I played it out. I sent him a reply back asking why my report is different then theirs. Something to take note of. He threw in a few dollars of bonus money yesterday and this is what was showing on my play. Look at the amount in the right hand corner, and then look at the balance in the game. This was happening every spin and would straighten out after 5 spins or more.

Jennifer I think you are making a mistake. You need to fight this if you are correct. Since this casino just went multi-platform I am guessing they may have the same tech support guys who haven't received proper training in the new software. Submit a PAB as you have all the paperwork to bolster your claim. Believe me I have seen many software changes during my career and for the first year it was a very bumpy road dealing with the learning curve that the software brings. This could be just a case of the casino not having one clue about what is going on and instead of trying to get to the bottom of it they are fobbing you off. If they do it to you then they will do it to other players.

Who's to say this wasn't done on purpose, knowing that most players cannot be bothered to wait months to get clarification....
