Ok, I am SO furious I'm seeing red! First, this whole thing with US players getting scaled down, sub-par versions of the Microgaming casinos just plain stinks. That said, I have been a depositing member at just about every Microgaming casino for as long as they've been around. Casino share sends me an email saying to welcome in their brand new "US" casino (read - kinda lame), I'd get 20 free spins on Big Kahuna, AND 100% deposit bonus up to $300. Well, I made my deposit, and since the bonus wasn't credited automatically, went to chat. Someone named JeJe or some such indicated that I'd receive my 100% within 4 hours, and that I was "on the list" (?). 12 hours later, still no bonus. I go to chat again, and speak with a VERY patronizing, VERY condescending rep named "Pascal", I believe. He said I am on no list, and if I'm not on the list, I don't get the bonus...PERIOD. I sent him a screen shot of the email I received from them, with my account number on it and everything, and still...NOTHING. It went back and forth quite a bit more, but I'll spare you the gory details. This has been 2 days now, and I don't expect anything from these guys at this point, but I just had to vent. How can they pull this in such a highly regulated industry????? Thanks for listening!
