Be Aware Mermaid's Palace doesn't respond to player compliants

Be Aware: we get about one issue every six months against these guys -- -- and they (almost) never reply. When they do respond it's of the "player has been informed of the status, case closed" variety. Not helpful. In other words if you have a problem at Mermaid's Palace we'll submit your issue to them but there's probably not much we can do for you beyond that.
