Introduction and To make everyone aware of Playamo Casino's fraudulent behavior

Hi Guys,

Can anyone give me some advice with regards to what course of action i can take against Playamo Casino, a couple of years ago they closed my account while i was busy with the verification process in order to withdraw the 200 000 Rubles i had won with money that i deposited. There were no bonuses involved and the money i won was 100% in accordance with Playamo casino rules and regulation. In short they had no legal reason what so ever to close my account and take the money i had won. Further more they have never provided me with an answer as to why they have closed my account.

Please see below latest emails between myself and Playamo Casino representative.

I hope i posted the complaint the right way and i really hope someone out there can help me sort this thing out with Playamo. My Playamo account username was **snip**

exhaustive amount of information at all. I still don't know why my account
was closed and why your casino stole my money. You telling me that your
administration department closed my account doesn't help me understand who
at your casino is responsible for stealing my 200 000 rubles.

Please be aware, i will make 100% sure for the rest of my life every
opportunity i get on every website i can find where gamblers visit, there
i will post for everyone to see what Playamo did to me. I think it is
scandales and i will never ever let this go.

Since there is no rep on board I shall expose their fraudulent behaviour.

I played live baccarat (vivogaming) and won a hand I bet on player and the outcome was player. My money, ie my bet was gone instead. I asked them and after a few days they said I lost because the outcome was banker. I asked them what cards were dealt and the reply was
Dear Player,

Thank you for your reply.

Please be informed that the player's cards were Q Q 3 (exactly this order), and Banker's cards were 9 1 3. Therefore, the Banker won.

Anyone can see this was a tie and so I asked them on this. They subsequently provided this reply:

Please disregard the previous e-mail as there was a mistake. The player's cards were Q Q 3 (exactly this order), and Banker's cards were 2 9 3. Therefore, the Banker won.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding.

I told them they cannot change the cards dealt as they wish and they should provide me with a screenshot so as to show the exact cards dealt. The reply this time was amusing:

So you won, the winnings got onto your account, and later they come with a lame ass excuse like above?

geezus. one of the reasons NOT to play with any curacau based casino's.

I won, they said I lost and showed me the cards dealt. The cards showed it was a tie then they said the actual cards dealt were different and I had actually lost. They can change their version as they wish without proof.

Yep, sounds like a fun casino, in where the financial liability must be as minimum as possible as instructed by upper hands usually.

I feel so frustrated for you guys, just reading the emails from playamo to martiangeej666 and chuchu59. They literally give no answer to the questions. That is more than frustrating, it's down right wrong. For them to not give a basic and warranted question an informed answer, well just an answer to the actual question just concludes that they have no justifiable one. Do they even know what they are talking about? It's like they don't even look into it, n just give an automatic answer that could be for 1000 diff players.

Really disappointing.

I am a regular player with these guys n they have always paid me my winnings, but in saying that, my winnings have never been over $3000 and usually only a few hundred.
They have so far been legit for my experience, there have been a couple of quarrels with verification etc but I've always been able to resolve anything with them and their customer service is good.

But yeah, reading these complaints have made me more aware to watch them closely as I've been on that side of infair treatment and left feeling betrayed, and it's not a nice feeling. So I will never trust any casino, even the good ones I'm never fully comfortable n wonder if it's the calm before the storm cos we put alot of our money into their business n we expect fair treatment but we have no power to take disloyalty further and it's out of our control, that's a cold feeling.

And I understand that feeling better than anyone because I've been playing casino games for a long time!
