just a final word from my side. It was all dealt with nicely afterwards and I received my money after my account was unlocked.
A great thanks to Rob for his efforts in this.
Off course, I will never find out what the deal was here. The only thing I hope that this doesn't affect me from visiting any other casino in the future and being labeled there.
Only time will tell.
