Is Tournament Indicator still operational?

I had to reinstall windows and contacted customer service from Tournament Indicator for a new code but mails are undeliverable. I also tried mails from Holdem Indicator and they are also undeliverable. Are they still operational or are they closing? Do you know any other way I can contact them?
