This is a malafide casino that don’t has any fair game policy. More than 500 euros were deducted from my casino balance without any further explanation. Also is the withdrawal I asked never processed, and there nog withdrawal pending in their website anymore. The money still isn’t in my bank account. This casino steels money from players, depositin money is very easy but they won’t ever pay any winnings.



After several times I contacted customer care and they said the withdrawal was processed. But I didn’t receive any money. I said I would contact the Curaçao authorities to complain about Lady Linda casino. And they closed my account permanently. I never asked for account closure or exclusion, and don’t know why they close my account. The money I asked to withdraw hasn’t reached my bank account yet. And I don’t think they will pay it after my account is closed down.



Please can you help me?

Alas bent as they come, total scam I'm afraid. It appears on fraudulent affiliate sites advertising unlicensed gambling to UK Gamstop players, fake slots, no licensing or ownership info on the site, shit terms. Sorry my friend, expect nothing but misery from this shithole casino.

@Jomoloco1984 I see you have an open PAB with us on this issue. In fact, you submitted it 11 minutes before starting this thread.

We expect you to have read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures. Please (re)read item 2.3 (entitled "DON'T sabotage your complaint") and then see your PAB Ticket ASAP.

MUCH later: the casino never did get back to us regarding the player's case, so unfortunately we had no option but to close the PAB and move on to other things.
