Leovegas card verification

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to withdraw money from my Leovegas account which I have done multiple times before but now they’re asking for verification of my card, the problem here is my card is a numberless card so has no details on the actual card itself.

Going back and forth with online chat between my bank and Leovegas has got me nowhere. Leovegas said I could upload a screenshot of my card details from my banking app but that got rejected and are now asking for a letter from the bank with my card information on. My bank are saying that they cannot provide such a letter.

Any help please?
