I have been a LeoVegas user for some time.
Originally I was using PayPal for my deposits and that was fully verified.
I then moved to debit card and a new PayPal account (my previous one was using a works email address which was retired and no longer available) both of which were also verified.
I haven’t used my old PayPal account to make a deposit since May 2023, it was fully removed as a deposit method on the account. My new PayPal and Debit card are fully verified on the site.
I have been lucky enough to have a couple of wins on Leo in the last week, not big wins by any stretch but decent enough to withdraw.
No surprise today that after they have processed my withdrawl they have asked me to do a verification on my old PayPal account.. which is no longer used.. has not been used for over a year for a deposit and I no longer have access to.
I tried messaging their support teams but got the usual ‘It’s in your terms and conditions’ basically you have to do it, despite me explaining I don’t have access to that account anymore.
What makes me laugh is that all the time I was losing, there wasn’t a problem.. yet as soon as I have a win suddenly I need to be ‘verified’ again. All my deposit methods have been fully verified on there, so I find their stance incredibly inflexible given the above.
Any advice on what I can do, as Leo seem happy to just suspend my account with funds in it.
