Mansion - bogus affiliate complaint

Ok, I'll confess that I'm no expert when it comes to aff issues, but can tell us how it is that you "attempted for an entire year" and couldn't snag a single additional player for them?

FWIW, I'm hearing people say "ya sure, I'm in the same situation and still sending them players" so I'm doubly confused as to why it's working for some folks but not for you. Seriously, I'm genuinely curious to know what the deal is.

I attempted for an entire year thank you very much. Like I and 30 of your outstanding posters say, they broke the agreement now its there turn to pay the measly 360.00.

I think that most of these members were led to believe that Mansion was reneging on the three players you had delivered. They aren't - they are merely waiting for you to produce two more players.

Please point out which term they broke.

A whole slew of casinos stopped accepting US players; the affiliated webmasters began to target other markets, and this is what you should have done. Like max said, it's puzzling that you haven't been able to produce two more players. Which sites are you running? Maybe you need some assistance in SEO or linking strategies.

Also you forgot the ones who disagree with you.

I said earlier "it ay be unfair" to ask for 5 players, while they have the right to do so, some casinos have "unfair" terms, which either you take them or leave them, but "unfair" is a context of what a person would expect, and standard affiliates dont request that.

Also you have forgotten the other forums where there are quite a few disagreeing with you.

I guess I do need assistance in seo and linking strategies while we are discussing this topic if your confertable with mansions affiliate deal I would be more then willing to transfer them "3 non american" players to your package for half value. Whats 2 more players ? :smilewink:

I don't have a Mansion "package," and I don't appreciate the sarcasm. I have given you the opportunity to express your opinion here - and to voice your complaint - and your complaint is seriously flawed.

You were the one who clicked "I agree" when the proposal of delivering 5 players came up - not me. I remember when they came up with this a couple of years ago, and yes there was some moaning and groaning about it. But you felt comfortable with this since you decided to promote them. So they don't accept US traffic anymore - so what? What makes your situation different than any other other webmaster who is/was promoting them?

Quit sniveling and get busy with your website(s) before Mansion says the hell with your slam fest and closes your account - but since you've already called them crooks and thieves in a public thread, they're probably planning to close your aff account - if they haven't already.

This is pretty much a non-issue. It's a shame you've wasted so much time (mine and yours) on this.

In the time span from when AK's Place joined the program until the US market was blocked, They brought in three qualified non american players during a 3 day time span. Fortunately, Mansion decided to stop allowing US Americans by there own business discretion. With Mansion doing this they have changed there contractual agreement with its players and American business partners. AK's Place simply asked Mansion to pay the $360.00 owed to the business. Mansion has decided to not pay Ak's Place after an entire year of negotiation. If Mansion is not able to pay a business partners expenses from over a year ago then we highly recommend not actually depositing in a financially distressed organization. As a result of Mansions actions, AK's Place has placed Mansion on the Scam List indefinitely.

For one thing, why speak about yourself in the third person plural? Odd thing to do. But more importantly, you admit that you brought in three non-US players in a three day period.

And if you brought in three non-US players in three days, it should have taken no more than a week to bring in the other two that they are waiting for.

The reason for the discrepancies was for legal reasons....

It still doesn't jive right with me. Permantly banned for violations of rules 1.3, 1.11 & 2.6
