Just wondering if anyone has played here? I have just signed up. Quite fancied a dabble with a SUB £100 x 40D + 50 Free Spins. Not a great offer. Had an account, then closed it pretty quickly.

I found CS chat to be confusing, and rarely to the point (not sure if there was a language barrier). They would also take forever to respond between sentences, and seemed clueless regarding their own terms.

They claim to have a lot of regular promotions, however check the terms very closely, as particularly with the multiple free spins promos, the wr and max cash out are hardly worth the effort considering you have already deposited to receive the bonus.

Many other better accredited sites like Guts and Videoslots who offer free spins etc without, or limited, wr and no max cash out terms.

Accredited but i don't play there as every time i change a game they ask me for my username and password.

Isnt that the most annoying thing having to sign in every 5 minutes, I remember laddys had this problem and i think they still do, if not touched the main screen in a while, I was on a casino other day and kept doing it, Makes me mad:

Oh yeah now I remember I got bombarded with texts and it took me a couple of times to unsubscribe to make them stop. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I haven't been back since.

I even spoke to MO via the phone, "think she is the casino manager or something" mo promised me that my withdrawls would be flushed as soon as I withdrew, and no pending 48 hours feature.

well this has never happened. and withdrawls times is just ludicrous, take for instance. I just received a withdrawl today. I actually cashed in last Friday. and this format is not just for holidays, its every single withdraw I make.

if I withdraw on a Wednesday. it stays pending for 72hours! pose to be no longer than 48 hours! its 72 hours because you don't count weekend as working days.
so its Thursday, Friday Saturday sunday then guess what. the Monday still not done because play history has to be checked!
so I actually receive it on the Tuesday! that's 6 days since cashout!

say you cash out on a Friday. " I have done this many times" it stays pending Saturday and sunday then goes to withdrawl department by Monday, now of course another look at play history. "unbelievably this takes all day" then its released to neteller on a Tuesday.

these time scales are absolutely not good at all, in fact they are now becoming not acceptable. I also notice uk players its now X50 BONUS its x40 for everyone else :what:

I am striving to be a platinum player here, but these cashout times are just grinding me to a halt..

Unfortunately, it is a fact that we do not process on weekends or public holidays.

Friday and Monday were both public holidays and this did cause a slight backlog with payments, for which we are sorry.

We do aim to pay our players as fast as possible.

I even received a withdrawl off a group of casinos where people are having MAJOR cashout problems quicker than your withdrawl.
don't get me wrong here, I ALWAYS receive my winnings off you, just the time it takes is not good at all.

why you keep refereeing to holidays?

on a normal day lets say Monday evening 5pm bst I withdraw. it comes out of pending Wednesday evening 5pm. Thursday it does not get processed BECAUSE you take the full day for to look at player history.

so now on Friday it will be processed and hits neteller account. so this is about 4 days for the quickest withdrawl? and if it happens to be withdrawn on a Thursday, its even longer.

I really don't understand why you don't get it? I could of pm you about this, like I did last time when you agreed the timescale was not acceptable.

I have not pm you because I think a lot of your players are in the same boat at your casino...

hi nope not all players are getting the same problem as you , i only use neteller & can vouch for withdrawals being done in under 72 hrs at times even quicker, so clearly shows this can be done . i would however point out that easter friday here in uk is not a bank holiday ( monday was ) , i havnt been playing there for a while after re reading the terms on free chips etc etc , its a bit like gowild casino is this department already got stung by them as a vip player , so hence i shall be watching for a change in the terms for a regular player.

It used to happen to me aswell and for 7 months i played with that but i got locked out for opening new games and when support changed my password it didnt happen after that

so ask the cs to change ur password as that might help

maybe you get your money earlier because of smallish withdrawls? the times I withdraw, its generally a big size withdrawl.

you went quiet ref to my last post. I am not slagging you or your casino off here. all I am saying is the cash outs could be a lot quicker.

the pending withdrawls timescale, look at player history timescale and the no payouts on weekends are not good. I notice casinomeister said this when he accredited you, he said apart from slow payouts, you were good to go and accredited.

I love the casino here. never have any disconnection problems or c/s problems. just wish I had my winnings a lot faster. then I can lose it again just as fast :)
