Lucky247 Casino T&C Questions

fwiw..... I'd always be willing to pay 3-5 $ for my withdrawal if it hits my account in 2 hours.....always prefer that to waiting 48 hours in anticipation ..... wish more and more casinos would go that way....

My withdrawals weren't on weekend so maybe that's why but I don't see the point of the whole thread as it's clear in their terms about the wait so why join if u don't agree with it. Also says 48 hours pending on cm site

well no idea how you getting your withdrawls early, as you said, ALL WITHDRAWLS are 48 hours pending, so your 2-5 hours seems strange.

the reason for the thread was I was PROMISED off the casino manager my withdrawls would not be pending for 48 hours, and this didn't happen. I didn't start this thread either, I just chimed in how un happy I was also.

nothing wrong with having a dig either to see if people can be paid faster, like any other thread that is going these days.
take the tropezia thread as example, they now lowering peoples reload wr through this forums comments...

Only the last 2 wds where I didn't take a bonus were approved quicker, don't know why but I thought it was cause of no bonus so maybe Sacha can explain as I'm not to complain why they were approved quicker. Also my wd where I took a bonus took 48 hours in pending. I do get Ur point about quick withdrawals if I want them through other sites like betat, guts, leovegas, betsafe, next, casinoluck, give these a try

Hi all,

As per usual your comments are all most appreciated and I assure you that we take note of all issues and grievances - as well as compliments if they are forthcoming(!).

The bonus vs no bonus should not cause a major lead time difference. Playcheck is indeed a requirement upon cashout and bonuses imply wagering requirements, but this should definitely not cause serious delays.

It is definitely not the casino's prerogative to withhold player funds, if these are legitimate of course, and the processes will be reviewed and tweaked in order to iron out issues presented by this thread.

In addition to this, I have and will PM a couple of you regarding specific issues to do with your accounts, as some details can't be shared.

Thanks again,

Sacha

I was just about to make a small deposit untill I saw this

he Casino further reserves the right to limit any withdrawal/s from bonus/free money/ to (5) times the value of the bonus and 100 casino credits currency from winnings attained from bonus free games or free spins issued. Note that this applies to progressive jackpot wins as well. This limit is applied to all bonuses where no deposit has been made unless otherwise specified. This includes the limiting of any cash withdrawal from the initial no deposit bonus until the fifty (50) times play through requirement has been met

So if I deposit 20 they can put a max with draw on this for 100? Also I thought that a limit on a jp was a no go?
Advice, Cheers

Hi Spintee I think this only applies to either free spins or no deposit bonuses. I don't think this applies to deposit bonuses which is your case so you should be fine. You can verify that with CS though.:D

Hi there,

This clause does only apply to bonus money, indeed!

And comp points are regarded as bonus money, yes.

Thanks,

Sacha

hi sacha

BTW I have withdrawn today, and its not pending

regarding comp points. so sacha if I have £200 worth of comp points, and the comp points goes in the bonus account with a x50 wr also. and I hit a £5k win with them, I can only withdraw £100. surely this is incorrect?

Hi Wobble33,

The clause regarding maximum withdrawals has to do with the no deposit bonus money.

While loyalty points are indeed regarded as bonus money, this is not "no deposit bonus money" and therefore the withdrawal limits do not apply.

Just last week we paid out $4,500 to one of our players who played $30 worth of loyalty points.

Thanks,

Sacha

It leads to the inevitable question. What happens to a confiscated progressive won from "free money" by a non depositing player?

Wouldn't it go back into the pot? Shouldn't it?

Would it? lol, Wouldnt trust my self or my family after reading some these casino rules, And yes it should back in the pot nut I guess what pot it will go back in or pocket shal I say,
Nothing against this site by words, Just saying what rouge sites would do, Not that this site is bad, I just saying about the bad sites

Hi all,

@Vinylweatherman: good question!

This term is quite simply incorrect. Non-depositing players are in fact excluded from playing progressives...hence there can be no such winnings to void!...

I'll have the guys modify this term to reflect this - thanks for picking it up!

Thanks,

Sacha

How is this done?

Quite a few sites exclude progressives on some promotions, but players can still ignore the term and play them anyway. Occasionally, they win one, and that's where the arguments start; the casino voids the win due to the terms, but often it is unclear what has happened to the progressive. Playtech is notorious for it's operators pocketing voided progressive wins, rather than returning them to the pool, and Playtech is a registered UK company, not some private software supplier based offshore in a country that does little to regulate matters (Top Game, for example).

Hi Vinylweatherman,

Players are placed into groups upon registering for the casino, and we are able to manage what they can access or not e.g. games.

Thanks,

Sacha
