I have William Hills safety gambling tools in place a daily deposit limit of £100, weekly £200 & monthly £800
So I had an absolutely banging win of £3k and I withdrew it, but later day I went back and put some of it back, It worked out that I made 15 deposits in 7hrs, but I was an appointment for 2hrs, so basically I made 15 deposits and they were 13 x £100 1 x £72.25 & 1 x £149. Then my account was suspended, for safer gambling reasons. Yes I know I’m an idiot
, but I’m still well up. I told my pal and what I put back and that I have deposit limits in place, he asked if I withdraw the first, which I did do, then put some a few hours later.
He seems to believe that although William Hill eventually suspended my account, he said that they should of actioned the suspension a lot earlier, because of the way I was depositing and how quick I was following it with another deposit and the fact that I obliterated my monthly deposit limit of £800 in just 1hr 57mins. Even though I it’s down to me, he believes that because I have all the deposit limits set up and that I had withdrawn my funds, that William Hills systems have failed by not picking this up earlier and that I should raise a complaint about this. I also said that it’s what I won and that doesn’t matter
Is my pal right in what he’s saying
Can anyone add to this
Thank you in advance
